I had a wonderful experience at the Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and upgrade us to suite room. So this was a big plus. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The spa was extremely comfortable. Please give your staff (Joy, Will ,Marky ,Irene, Sang, Emily) awards! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An. Thank you ~~

Healing time in Hoi An!”
I chose this place as my accommodation to experience the atmosphere of Hoi An during my free trip to Hoi An! From the entrance to the inside of the accommodation, it has a great atmosphere where you can feel Hoi An with your body! The staff are friendly, the accommodation is clean and quiet. I highly recommend trying the omelette for breakfast! It's delicious! Also, the pool is not crowded, so it's great to relax on a sunbed with a cup of coffee and swim. At night, the pool is lit up and it's beautiful, so be sure to check it out! Highly recommended!!! I tried the massage because it was a 1+1 event, but it was just okay. There are many local restaurants around the accommodation, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat! It's a highly recommended accommodation ^^ I plan to stay here again next time!

The best hotel during my trip to Vietnam”
I went to Vietnam with my mother and five-year-old daughter. I considered the location and room cleanliness to be important! It's the perfect place. The location is great, just a Grab ride away from the Old Town for about 3000-2000 Korean won. The price is cheap and the room condition is really good in Hanoi. And at night, we borrowed bicycles for free from the hotel and went around Hoi An. The staff at Central Boutique Hotel are very friendly. They always asked if we slept well and if there were any inconveniences during breakfast. They are attentive and kind. Joy-fom speaks Korean well, is beautiful, and is the best staff. Boss, please raise Joy-fom's salary!! Pink-fo is also kind. I took a picture to remember the names Joy-fom and Pink-fo, but I can't upload the picture... If you have any difficulties staying at this accommodation, the staff will solve everything. I will come back when I go to Vietnam next time. See you next time~~

Good all round although the internet connection on some floors was intermittent. Reception staff were excellent - Thank you Kim and Kelly and all the other staff were polite and friendly .Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. The pool is clean but is actually green and appears blue at night due to the underwater lights. You are about 3-400 metres from the main street in the town. Definitely would be happy to stay there again

We came for a week but stayed for a month. Now that says something... The hotel is great, the staff are wonderful and be sure to include the breakfast buffet. You can roll the dice with another hotel or take my word for it and stay here. You will be glad you did, the old town is great but it's even better to be able to retreat to a wonderful hotel. P.S. Nice hotel with great pool”
This was our pleasure trip to Vietnam. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff + the welcome drink. We stayed 1 night in Deluxe room with pool view. Room was clean and very comfortable, we have our breakfast in the hotel and the foods was delicious with various choices. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was about 500 meters aways to Hoi An Old Town. The scenery in Hoi An old town was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a beautiful environment. We would like to thanks the supervisor name Joy who have given greatest service when we have arrived even having our breakfast in the hotel at level one. She spoke good English too. Overall: Highly recommended. 👍 Thank you Hoi An Central Boutique Hotel and Spa arranged high floor during our stayed and without doubt one of the favorite hotels during my time in Hoi An. We were a group of 3 so we added an extra bed to a 2 single bed room. The hotel room was beautiful with view of the pool. Pros: service by staff was amazing! The manager provided us with recommendations of local eateries and activities to do. We also made use of the facilities such as pool and treated ourselves to massages at the spa. Cons: 13 minutes walk to the market but hotel provides free cycling bikes! Thanks for an amazing stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convenient accommodation in the old town of Hoi An, just a few minutes' walk from Hoi An. The hotel provides free bicycle rental for sightseeing. The beds are clean and comfortable. The staff, named Pink and the reception, provide good information. The swimming pool is suitable for swimming. There are many options for breakfast, with seating near the pool. This is excellent and will be the choice for the next time in Hoi An.

The hotel is just 1 km from old town. They provide taxis and electric bus for commute and also help with day tours. The staff is super helpful. The receptionists - Winter and Joy were an absolute delight to speak to! Their recommendations were on point for day tours as well as exploring the town. The spa is good too!

Great location and wonderful staff who were kind and thoughtful. The spa had higher prices than other places but it was a comfortable and convenient experience. Breakfast was good but the options remained the same everyday so can be a little repetitive.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast has varieties and some items change so if you stay more than two nights, you wont be bored with the breakfast items. Room is big and clean. Very quiet. Beds comfy. Very good location.
