A wonderful Resort for holidays”
The room is big and comfortable, although we booked a pool view room, we can still see the river from our terrace. Breakfast is delicious with lots of food choice. The hotel receptionists are so nice with good english, we would like to thank a reception guy who had a night shift on 21/1, he help us a lot with our luggage and charger problem and had perfect english speaking. Highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We have some issues with the booking of the rooms and they could help us resolved it quickly together with Agoda staff. We would especially like to thank Bina. She is helpful and sincere and has provided us with exceptional service She has made our stay there a comfortable and pleasant one. She has helped us made booking for transfer to varies places and texted us to see if we were properly taken care. She has also helped us booked a transfer to the airport though we have already left Hoi An and were staying in Da Nang. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the Ancient Town and the night market. The rooms are big and clean. We have enjoyed the pool there. The breakfast spread are good too. We all love their bread :) The only down side is: Our rooms were a corner unit on the ground floor (with no pool view) when I have paid for a room that is pool view. Suggestions: Please make sure the rooms are actually pool view without the trees blocking before making the guest opt for it or pay for it.

Very pleasant stay”
I stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed it. Pool is the main reason to be here. Warm water, deep enough and having a bar attached to it is great. So after a day visiting Hoi An you can relax at the pool with a nice drink. You are 5 minutes walk from the old town and it’s very convenient. Room are very clean and spacious. Breakfast is very good with tons of choice.

Got a room upgraded and it's very clean and spacious. Short walk to night market and ancient town. There is a scheduled free shuttle bus to the beach, but pre-booking is required. Breakfast was ok

Great location”
Family of four with two teenage children found the accommodation really good value for money good facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing would be. We felt that they were understaffed for the breakfast as it was quite busy but apart from that everything was excellent thank you.

Thu Bon river infront of my windows and Old Town Hoi An right behind my hotel door”
The room is super clean and provided with all needed amenities. The pool water is also crystal clear. The receptionist will help you with all your needs as she speak perfect English. Unfortunately, the hotel spa and restaurant are closed due to COVID but they will provide you with free but delicous authentic Vietnamese breakfast buffet.

Splurge in Hoi An”
If there is any place in Vietnam to shell out a little extra cash on your hotel, Hoi An is the place to do it. The Bel Marina (aka Silk Marina) is tucked away only a few hundred meters from the night market and the center of old town that acts as the core shopping, dining and entertainment district. It’s just far away enough from the bustling shops, restaurants and bars to offer a serene, peaceful escape nestled on the River front. The hotel wraps a beautiful pool. Don’t over look the Riverside Villas. They offer extra privacy and a patio with a small pool for cooling off. The room includes a large bathroom with a bath tub, awesome shower and a double vanity. One of the best parts is that the all riverside walls are dual sliding glass doors that open the room up as though you’re sleeping outside on a riverside patio…it’s very zen!

Amazing Stay ”
We had such an amazing stay. The resort itself was 10/10 and the staff were also 10/10. The pool overlooking the river was amazing and such a good place to relax. The staff were so nice and so helpful. They attended too all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. When checking out we had an extremely early morning flight, the staff organised a car to pick us up and even arranged a packed breakfast to take with us as the buffet was closed. The resort is also in close proximity to all the restaurants and night market. If come back to Hoi Ann will 100% be staying here again

Zeer goed 4 star hotel with 5 star help and friendliness”
Hoi An Sil Marina Resort & Spa has a 4 star rating, but the warmth and friendliness of the staff can not be expressed in stars. Super staff that is immediately ready for you and wants to serve you the best. The hotel has really spacious rooms with one or two large good beds and there is also room for two chairs with a coffee table and a desk with chair. The rooms have a good bathroom. An improvement of the bathroom is more lighting. The hotel has also more various rooms and villa’s. Breakfast is excellent. The large swimming pool and the great garden (adjusting the river with a fantastic sunset) is definitely a plus for the hotel. More sunbeds in the sun, use a part of the garden, is an advice. Free hotel bicycles for bicycling to Hoi An and in the area. Its also easy to walk to Hoi An (10 minutes). Overall the hotel is a great choise.

Very easy and short walk to the main street of Hoian. The pool and view were nice. Kids were greatly entertained of the new year performance by the hotel. Unforgettable memories in Bel marina, and will be back for a longer stay next time for sure.

We absolutely loved our time at Silk Marina, wished we had stayed longer than four nights. We stayed in the two bedroom villa which had a seperate pool outside which was like a private pool. Staff were very helpful and always happy. Highly recommend.

Best for family”
Room was clean, pool was big enough, food was tasty, and location was perfect. The only thing frustrated was squeaky bed on which I heard annoying noise whenever I moved even little bit. As I informed the desk of the issue when I checked out, I think they already fixed It.

Nothing really to complain about- hotel was clean and comfy we had a suite which was more than comfortable with a veranda over looking the pool and river. Breakfast had a large selection of food and staff very friendly - would recommend to stay at this hotel

Nice hotel close to the old town ”
We stayed here for 2 nights . The hotel rooms look like they had recently been upgraded and have stylish decor. The pool and swim up bar is really nice and overall service is excellent ( as is the breakfast ). The only downside is there is a bath in the bathroom but no stand up shower so you have to shower in the bath which is kind of awkward. It’s strange because the bathroom is big enough for both.

Booked 6 rooms, got free upgrade. Walking distance to the Old Quarter. Staff is nice and helpful. Pool is perfect with lot of shades and view to the river.

Excellent Lively Atmosphere Layout”
This hotel is very lively due to the pool being in the center. This creates are very nice and busy atmosphere day and night when relaxing on the balcony. Definitely staying here again when in Hoi An.
