Decent hotel with a friendly staff”
The room has all the bases and reasonably comfortable. The staff is very friendly and willing to communicate with the guests in English even though their spoken English is limited. However, the hotel also does not have a lot of features that a typical hotel has, such as free internet, coffee and tea maker, a refrigerator, flat-panel TV, cable channels and a fitness room. On the other hand, the room rate is only 44 euros. At this low rate, it is quite forgivable that it doesn't have these more luxurious features. My main complaint is the location of the hotel. There aren't any real restaurants within walking distance, except for the one inside the hotel and a bakery/cafe at a 7-minute walk from the hotel. On the other hand, the tram is only at a 6 minutes walk away. It can take you anywhere in Dresden once you get on it. I will definitely stay in this hotel again for the value.

They have nice food and beverage services. A little bit far from the city center but in a very quiet neighborhood, bus service out side of the hotel can directly reach the city center so it is also convenient. Overall the room are clean and comfortable, but their double bed is two single bed put together. They provide eco friendly room service so not much one time use products.

Das Hotel kann man empfehlen. Größtes Manko war der miserable WLAN-Empfang auf dem Zimmer, alle Versuche des Personals halfen nicht. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und nur 5 min zur Stadtmitte TOP. Kostenlose Fahrradstellplätze in der Tiefgarage, top. Durch sehr gute Fahrradwege war man sehrschnell mit den Räderen in der Stadt.

Kurzer Trip in ein sehr gutes Hotel”
Wir waren zu einem Kurztrip dort und können es nur empfehlen, Zimmer sehr sauber, und sehr ruhig, Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam Frühstück sehr gut und tolle flexible Zeiten . Leider haben wir etwas im Zimmer vergessen, wurde schnell entdeckt und uns komplikationslos fix nach Haus gesendet, vielen Dank !

Bloß nicht zuviel erwarten”
Leonardo Hotels bieten gewöhnlich kein schlechtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Dieses hier stellt eine Ausnahme dar. Der Empfang war relativ mürrisch, was sämtliche Erwartungen schon ziemlich gedämpft hat. Man bekommt mehr oder weniger kommentarlos die Schlüsselkarte hingeworfen, eine knappe Wegbeschreibung ("Aufzug 1. Etage, links"), weder einen "guten Tag" noch einen "angenehmen Aufenthalt" gewünscht - vermutlich war die Rezeption gerade irgendwie desorientiert, das wird ja hoffentlich nicht die übliche Verfahrensweise sein. Auf dem Hotelflur liegt ein gemeiner Geruch in der Luft, der Tote aufwecken könnte, aber wohl "Frische" vermitteln soll - Kopfschmerz garantiert. Das Zimmer ist schlicht und einfach - was aber in Hinblick auf den Übernachtungspreis auch nicht zu beanstanden ist. Unangenehm macht sich wiederum die Straße vor dem Haus bemerkbar. Dort herrscht mehr Verkehr als man bei geöffnetem Fenster haben möchte und geschlossen möchte man das Fenster auch nicht lassen - wie gesagt, das Raumspray... Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Der Rezeption ist das durchaus bei der Rechnungserstellung aufgefallen. Die Gründe haben niemanden interessiert - jedenfalls hat keiner danach gefragt - und sehr wahrscheinlich wird man hier schon wissen, wo der Hund begraben liegt (womöglich auch eine Erklärung für den süßlichen Geruch auf dem Flur).

Anfangs war ich über die Lage des Hotols doch sehr überrascht. Gelegen an einer Hauptstraße neben einer Tankstelle, einem Supermarkt und einem griechischen Restaurant, entpuppte sich die Lage am späten Abend doch als äußerst günstig. Für den nächsten Aufendhalt in Dresden würde ich jedoch lieber ein Hotel in Innenstadtnähe bevorzugen. Die Busverbindung in die Innenstadt ist abends auch eher großzügig getaktet.

Schönes Hotel, relativ stadtnah”
Ein großer Vorteil bieten die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Supermarkt, sowie die Tankstelle, die in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel ist. In nur 3 Bushaltestellen ist man in der Innenstadt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über Raucherzimmer, die aber sehr stark riechen und meines Erachtens nach zu wenig Steckdosen (3 Stk.) haben. Das Personal steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein Busfahrplan lag am Empfang aus. Das Restaurant ist gut. Die Preise sind okay und es schmeckt sehr gut.
