This hotel is located in a great location, really convenient for traveller who are flying from or to Soekarno Hatta Airport. The staffs are attentive and great with younger children. Especially Avi, who made my 2 years old really happy. Breakfast is just average, but their soto was superb. A must try, however, you have to ask the waiter for a bowl of it.

The hotel is next to Emporium Mall makes it easy to find food and to do your shopping if you need to. Breakfast food selection was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I love the self serve laundry service. Get your tokens from the front desk and get your laundry done. Now I have clean laundry for my next destination.

Hotel in the Mal”
The worst part is if you are driving, you need to park on P5. Then drag your suitcases to the hotel lift. Or you can just drop em at the lobby. The lift on the lobby will go thru P5 too. So after you take lift, go up to fl 10. You must walk another 5 min to reach the reception area. Actually it's 3 star hotel, but the fascilities are same with 2 star hotel. If you want to go to mall, you need to take the lift to p5 again and walk to mal entrance. For those bringing cars, make sure you go to the exit for those box cars, because they have people on the post who will check that your car is registered as hotel guest. If you are going out from automatic exit portal using electronic money payment, you'll be charged hourly. Breakfast menu is not very varied.

I always enjoyed staying in this hotel. Located on top of a mall, not too far to/from the airport. Clean hotel and courteous staff. Breakfast is usually included. Very good value for money.

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and we had a good sleep. Bathroom is clean. The breakfast though was lacking some variety of menus. But location is perfect. In the same building with one of the big mall in North Jakarta, and just right back at the hotel there's a great massage parlour.

5D4N trip”
Stayed here for 5D4N, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is located at the top of a mall. So getting food was a breeze. Hotel staffs are very friendly as well. Check in and out was fast. Request for early check in and late check out was easy as well. When we reported that the AC in our room wasnt cold, the staffs came immediately and fixed the problem. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely a place I will stay again in the future.
