- The hotel is near MRT station, BNI city train station (train to airport), and bus stop. Walking distance to Bundaran HI area. - The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. - The room is clean and large enough for two people to stauly comfortably for 2 nights. - Bathroom's door doesn't have a lock but we didn't have any problem with it. - Everything in the room works properly except for the TV. The channels were good (beINsports, BBC) but almost every channel was fuzzy. This is probably the only con during our stay. - Breakfast was good. I liked several dishes while my friend didn't, so it really depends on different people.

I love this hotel, it is probably one of the excellent value for money and location in Jakarta. It is very close to Grand Indonesia Mall only about 5 minutes walk and access to MRT. It is very convenient. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious enough for business travelers like me. I definitely would highly be recommended this hotel.

International Chain Hotel Gets Good Marks”
This property, part of an international lodging and hospitality group, is a must to consider in Jakarta if easy access to public transportation to what Jakarta has to offer is a necessity. The hotel is medium sized with outstanding front desk and housekeeping staff. The area is excellent and safe by big city standards. A local quickmart is 2 blocks West. Any and all manner of restaurants and shopping are 4 blocks Northwest at Grand Indonesia Mall, Jakarta's first major indoor high-end mall. The spanking new Airport Link train is 4 blocks South and the even newer MRT is right outside the door. Buses (including Bus Rapid Transit) along with free touring double decker buses, are a block North. Limited breakfast items and an inability to replace said items in a timely manner, along with busted laundrette facilities and lack of an all-body elliptical machine cuts the grade to a B+. A return is possible. Stupid not to consider.

This hotel is within walking distance to Grand Indonesia/Plaza Indonesia (about 5 minutes or so). The check in staff is helpful and friendly. Hotel room is clean and the bed is the comfiest that I ever been in! Recommended.

A DECENT PLACE TO STAY IN JAKARTA”
Location is strategic. Near to the bus station as well as the subway/MRT which can actually link you direct to the airport. Thamrin City which is a shopping area is also just nearby, within walking distance. It is near to the city's many attractions. The staff are friendly and I love the breakfast served. A good place to stay and the price is also reasonable.

The hotel is located right at the heart of Jakarta’s business center but the price is so cheap. Recommended for people traveling to Jakarta to stop by his / her office or to process visa at Germany embassy. Staff is super helpful; I needed to print a document and staff gladly helped me to print :)

The location is very strategic, very close to Dukuh Atas MRT Station and Transjakarta Bus Stop. And also close to the Grand Indonesia mall and HI roundabout. The rooms are not too big but are comfortable and clean. Friendly hotel and security staff. Breakfast is really okay .. Overall very satisfied .. Recommended !!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, which made my trip in Jakarta very pleasant. The staffs were kind and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. I love the interior of the room's bathroom. The city view from my room was stunning. The hotel is located at a very strategic location, it is accessible by any mode of transportation, it is located nearby and walkable MRT Dukuh Atas station and BNI City Airport train station. It is also only 10 minutes walk to Grand Indonesia Mall. The price is reasonable for the quality of this hotel. If you are going on a business trip, or looking for hotels at the heart of Jakarta with good comforts, this hotel is definitely recommended for you. I think I will come back to this hotel when I visit Jakarta again.

Great Hotel and Location”
This hotel is good. Very near with public transport kind of MRT, Transjakarta and airport train. And if you looking for a mall, they are very near with Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Just walking, and you'll arrive there. Breakfast is same like another hotel, but unfortunately the fried rice on the date we stayed, is not good. Rice was like harsh and child cant eat that. But staff was very friendly and so helpful.

A Great Experience”
I stayed at HIE for three nights and it was a great experience. The location is super strategic, right in front of the hotel you can find one of the exits from Dukuh Atas MRT station, thus making it easier to go anywhere with this new public transportation. This hotel is also close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, another plus points. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, very clean, not too big, and not too small, just enough. You can get a city view from the rooms. Wi-Fi was super fast, I love it. This place is perfect for business trip or just a casual holiday with your small family. Can't wait to go back.
