The hotel is really good and the staff is amazingly supportive. The rooms were nice and clean. And they are breakfast included so you always have that peace of mind. The only drawback is the location from the train station. If you have a lot of luggage then it is hard to reach with it. You will have to walk with your luggage for long or do a taxi. Hossaini was very helpful with map guidance and taxi bookings

Das personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Lange nicht mehr so bemühte Angestellte gehabt. Für Urlaub mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen. Bekamen extra ein Zimmer im EG! Bad hatte sogar eine Fußbodenheizung.

Dear Tariq, thank you for your feedback.The fact that the elevator was out of service when you arrived, was undoubtedly inconvenient. The lift had a technical issue and as our guests safety is our highest priority, we temporarily took the lift out of order. Luckily, our service lift was still working perfectly, which is why we offered you to accompany our staff in this lift instead, so that you would not need to walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor. We also offered you to contact us at anytime of the day, so that we can assist you with the service lift whenever you wanted to go downstairs.We are sorry, that this was not a good solution for you. Our staff went above and beyond to help, which you refused. It is with regrets that we were not able to meet your expectations in this situation, however I, the Hotel Manager, am very proud of my team knowing that they did their best and that they offered good solutions.
