Holiday inn express simpang lima, located in central of Semarang City, very easy to go anywhere from this location, and the location has very vibrant Semarang city feel. Nice stay in a pleasant conveniently located hotel. Rooms basic but modern, comfy bed and nice bathroom. We stayed in a suite this time on 16th floor which gave us a bit more space. Breakfast was included in the price and was ok for the price paid. We will probably stay there again next time we are in Semarang.

I was Solo traveler early of Jan 2021 and I found Holiday Inn Express a very good hotel with a very nice location at the city center and also convenient services. Bottom line is totally worth with the price offered. So for a situation where what you need is a good comfort room, decent breakfast and strategic location then Holiday Inn Express will be a good rounded option. But if you looking at to enjoy facility in the hotel then you need to find somewhere else.
