Great for an overnight”
Loves staying at the Holiday inn. The Hotel was great for us. We arrived late at night and left mid morning the next day. We used the gym which was fantastic for a hotel gym. The breakfast was amazing. The kids could swim in the pool while we enjoyed a coffee after breakfast. Avery staff member we spoke to was lovely and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again if I was wanting to be close to the airport.

Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Hotel is very nice and convenience for business travelers. Very close to Airport. But, little bit far from downtown and main street in HCMC. Facilities and staffs are really kindly and friendly to customers. Swimming pool is really good for adults and kids. Recommend this hotel to every travelers~~~

Terrible service and not worth the money!!”
Pros: location Cons: 1. Terrible service. The staff seems to enjoy foreigners customer so they treated Vietnamese guest in a cold and unwelcoming manner. I'm very disappointed that those kind of attitude still exist in Saigon premium hotels like this. 2. No toothbrush and razor, toothpaste etc in bathroom. The receptionist said they only provide it by demand 3. They need you to deposit 2mil VND without informing in advance or explaining clearly.

Very good hotel overall, just the traffic at that section is very heavy. So you need to pay super attention if you want to cross the road, because there are more choices for eating and drink. And there is a nice shopping mall.

Front desk staff went beyond his way and brought whole luggage to our room well past midnite when rest of staffs were gone for the day.
