Breakfast, parking etc.”
Once it was a good one. But lack of maintenance. The room carpet was old.Can't open the almirah completely as the sliding door was made like that.Breakfast was good but fixed items. Parking good and spacious but very limited numbers according to hotel capacity. Reception was cordial. The house keeping manager?needs more training to uphold continuation of the good will of the hotel. He don't know how to speak being an employee of an international standard hotel.

Not bad but you can find better for this price”
The location sucked because the majority of the surrounding area is demolished. Driving at night is not great in this area due to the fact that there were no street lights in the majority of the surrounding area. The hotel itself has that old smell and run down feel. It is clean and the staff is excellent, but for some reason housing kept on either not replacing my towels or only giving me one. I had to constantly ask for another. The breakfast is ok. It's not a bad place nor did it get in the way of an awesome holiday but it sure as hell didn't enhance my holiday. If you're looking for a place where you can keep your suitcase while you explore then this it, but for this price you can definitely do better.

It's was extremely expensive for value of the room .. it cost around 600 during Eid Alfater .. and that was almost double normal price ...so I don't recommend it for holiday time due to high price

They do not have any facilities for women.. Spa.. Massage.. Gym.. Swimming pool everything is just for men! I wonder why then they charge same price from female visitors? Also they didn't yet start buffet breakfast and very limited choice for breakfast

Clean, Safe, and appropriate location”
I arrived very early (at about 8 am) and I was accommodated in the hotel (without waiting for the check-in time of 12pm. The buffet food during breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices, plus the good service of the service crews. The location was appropriate for my appointments. I made myself a member of the Priority Club that will earn points on every stay with any of Holiday Inn Hotels.

I found this hotel pretty decent but it is really a very old hotel with good management. My stay was alright. Though the hotel is far from the Jeddah Airport and from Macca one hour.
