Modern and decent hotel ”
Hotel is not quite near to city centre so don’t be deceived by the name. Via train it’s 2 stops to Marienplatz and 4 stops to the main train station. By foot, it will take you about 20 mins to get into the area. requested for the newly renovated room and the room was nice and clean. Kettle was provided as well which is good to boil hot water during winter. Hotel is connected to train station and there’s a big supermarket beneath it which is convenient. Many good cafes such as cafe rosi and cafe bla around the area. Would recommend!

Location is superb and the breakfast is good. The staff is courteous, too. However, I felt the price is on the higher side. CAn't really say that it is value for money though I'm happy with my experience. I found the hotel expensive. Location is the superior factor of this hotel.

Bad experience & with racist staff”
It was awful experience due to: 1- Check-in process (Very long time, careless staff, complicated requests) 2- Racist staff with very bad attitude. 3- Parking system was not part of hotel responsibility (Gas station support). 4- Room cleaning was upon request. 5- As an IHG member, I could not have good deal, so I have booked through Agoda which was much cheaper rate than IHG app, Well done Agoda. 6- Location was very away from downtown. 7- Hotel has a supermarket & restaurant at grand floor.

Four nights in Munich”
We were at the end of a three week vacation touring Austria and Bravian when we arrived by car at the Holiday Inn in Munich. We were greeted at the hotel entrance and helped with our luggage. The hotel staff was most accommodating during our stay, especially as my wife came down sick and spend two days in bed. We would happily stay there again.

Hotel right in the middle of Munich”
Really clean hotel that's brilliantly located in the centre of Munich. The only con was that the heating in our room was broken and couldn't be fixed while we were there. The staff gave us free coffee and tea and extra duvets to compensate. Located beside lots of great bars and restaurants and close to Christmas Markets. The German Museum of technology is very close and worth a visit. Tip: you can get the S1 train directly from the airport to the hotel. It is a 3 minute walk from there to the hotel. Saves about €70+ on a taxi! They only run every 20 minutes though so make sure to plan your return to the airport and check there is no works on the line. Great hotel.

Great choice ”
Great location, a 15 min walk to city center. Also conveniently connected to a train station so you just have to walk downstairs to enter the station. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and seemed almost brand new. We were there for Oktoberfest and it was just a quick ride away. Would recommend to anyone for their Munich stay !

Convenient Location”
near the centre of munich, the hotel is very close to city centre. if you use subway station call munchen rosenheimer platz. only two stop to marienplatz, which the city hall is situated. the hotel is quite convenient for solo travelers and business person. breakfast was more than good level. at night, lounge bar is very clouded by gests. i will defenitely stay again.
