If you prefer hotel inside Dotonbori area where restaurants are located, this is the best hotel. Breakfast buffet here is the best among the 3 hotels we stayed during our travel. Very spacious lobby area and the rooms are clean and very comfortable with lots of toiletries. Cons: taxis is a bit hard to go inside the street because it can be too crowded since the area are full of restaurants and other stores.

Great stay at the heart of Dotonbori”
It was a bit of a walk (est. 10-15min walk) from the train station going to the hotel, plus the fact that you're pulling/pushing/carrying luggages and walking past by a lot of people everywhere. lol But, what I love about the location of Holiday Inn is that it's accessibility to your needs- shopping centers, food stalls and restaus, convenience stores, hospital/clinic, and train station. The hotel is secured and the staffs were all eager to help you and ready to accommodate your needs. Our room and bathroom is always clean, the bed done nicely, and everything you will need are in the room already! Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying in Holiday Inn. Highly commendable and recommended!

The hotel is close to Namba Station and right in front of Dotonbori, so there are many things to enjoy around it, and there is a large sign to make it easy to find even if you get lost. Although I couldn't speak Japanese and English properly, the staff kindly responded, and the inside of the room was very clean. If I visit Osaka again, I would like to make a reservation again.

The hotel is located in an alley with access from both sides, near the Gulliver and shopping areas with a variety of restaurants to choose from, including ramen, grilled meat, buffet, sushi, and Japanese pizza. There is a pull-out bed underneath which can be used comfortably if there is an extra set of bedding and blankets in the wardrobe. You can slide the bed closer together so that the child can sleep comfortably. The room is well-organized and equipped with everything, even an iron and ironing board, and three spacious luggage storage compartments. There is parking available for 2,500 yen per night, and there are cheaper options nearby.

very swift check in and check out.. very convenient, its one block away from the famous Glico sign and shinsaibashi shopping street… our room was roomy for the 2 of us and had a very satisfying sleep during our stay. will definitely book again on our next visit to osaka😊

Superb location ”
Located conveniently in the corner of Namba, its a 1 minute walk from every major food attractions! It's not noisy and near to train stations (approx. 10-15min walk). Room is spacious and comfortable as well, unlike most Japanese hotels that we stayed in. Only complaint is TV - not smart TV, so no netflix and unable to connect to phone. They also don't have laundry services.

Convenient place, so near to all shopping area, easy for us with young kids. Best part is near all food area so even in late night there is food. Beside hotel have Don Don donki. Walk 2 mins have another main Don Don donki. Room is clean but a bit small. Not much place for more luggage. As we have 6 luggage so is v pack for us but nothing stop us from booking this hotel again as is really too convenient. Their Hotel staff is Super helpful. They advise on how I could sent my luggage to airport n make sure all luggage arrive from other hotel transferred over. For booking car to airport, also is well arrange. Any question to them will be all answered. They even provide a map n advise me how to walk around there. Came to Osaka a few time but first time to get a hotel like this with great convenient .Great service, great location... we will be back again!

Excellent location, lovely staff & presentable rooms”
The only minor negative and this would only impact a small number of people, however, with the early 11am checkout and my flight out of Osaka not being until the evening, there was no meeting/business area in which I could work partially throughout the day, following checkout . However, it doesn't really pitch itself as a business hotel and this wouldn't readily impact many people. The friendly staff were more than happy to securely store my luggage for the day which was the most important thing.

Good for solo or couple travelers ”
Not good for 3 people in one room. Picture from website vs actual was a bit different, we thought we’d have 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The room we got had 3 single beds instead and could barely open one large suitcase. Amenities wise, pretty good, they have microwave in the lobby incase you need to reheat some food. Their toiletries are all Dove, from hand wash to lotion. Staff were approachable and easy to talk to.
