Soft products are lacking”
The Hotel and physical building is great. Bed is comfortable. A little on the harder side, but soft enough. Pillows were soft and nice. The room was spacious and you get a mini fridge. There was a big flat screen TV. The room was clean. The staff very nice. I like that there are 6 very fast elevators so you never really have to wait long. The breakfast is great, wide selection and good food. My favorite were the pancakes. The hotel is attached to a small shopping plaza called Citywalk. The plaza is not as great as it once was prior to COVID, my favorite ramen shop in the plaza closed down but thats not a reflection of the hotel. All those things are great. The only real downside was the poor bath amenities. The shampoo bottle literally said just Shampoo. No branding, no ingredients, nothing but a plain looking generic plastic bottle that said shampoo. Same for all the others, body wash, conditioner, lotion. It looks like they are trying to save money. It wasn't even good shampoo in a unbranded bottle. There was no scent and it didn't do a good job of cleaning my hair. I also thought they were stingy with the towels. The bathroom came with 1 floor towel and 2 bath towels. No hand towels. I had to ask for additional towels, which housekeeping gladly provided.

Awesome, the room is spacious, clean and bright. Big and comfy bed. Breakfast vary and tasty. But room service provide bacon which makes me hesitate to order other food. I hope the hotel management could ensure that halal food is prepared separatelly from non halal to make muslim guest feeling comfortable staying at this hotel.

great hotels, value for money”
The hotel was great, room was spacious, clean. My children were really happy. Swimming pool was really nice and warm. Maybe because of the sun. You caa eat and walk at citiwalk gajahmada just beside. Indomaret was just near hotel. Overall it was recommeded to stay there again. It was also near Chinatown. Great location. But there was MRT construction on thr street. Only left 1 car to go.

Family of 4 ”
The hotel was great. From the very start, I made contact with the hotel for transportation from the airport and it went amazingly from there. Nova from the concierge desk, was unbelievably attentive. As we were traveling with a 12 year old with a fractured leg, he made sure to meet us at the entrance with a wheelchair and guiding our way in. Once we arrive at the front desk, the entire staff was just as friendly and accommodating. The infinity pool was very nice and also wheelchair accessible. The breakfast buffet had very good options and Mustaking, Susi, Cuca at the Duta Cafe were also providing outstanding customer service. Highly recommended hotel. There was a lot of construction in front of the hotel so it was very difficult to walk but the concierge desk, again Nova, assisted us with all transportation needs/requests.

Room was spacious. Bathroom was big & awesome -- water flow at sink was good, shower was good, overall toilet was clean. Buffet Breakfast was good, although I would like to propose to add Bread&Butter Pudding, Baked Beans & more slices of cake.

It was an amazing experience for first time travelling in Jakarta ”
We loved the hotel … it was alittle west side from the center but the taxi is always available and very convenient for everything … There was one thing my partner was upset with one of the staff due to we couldn’t make the international calls because of his credit card had a problem and needed to call the company from uk but he couldn’t help at all he reject every question we asked . By the way everything goes so smooth after all . PS breakfast was amazing and staffs from breakfast area were sooo friendly . Thank you very much for the experience we got from you guys. Recommend!

The shopping mall is connected to Citywalk Gajah Mada but due to COVIC-19, most of the shops are closed except for those located at Level 1. There's Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum, Singapore Koo Kee Restaurant, Gado - Gado Cemara, Kopi Kenangan etc. It's also about 5 mins walk to a convenience store. The hotel is opposite LTC Glodok. You will definitely need a car, GRAB to travel as it's not located nearby any major shopping malls. The swimming pools are great for families. The spa is closed temporarily but you can call the operator for a in-room massage. The breakfast spread is awesome. Reach the restaurant early to avoid the crowd. The staffs are polite and helpful.
