Very good location. Very near Namba Station. Clean and new room. Quiet. Verygood, prompt and very accommodating staff. Verygood customer service. Very near to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market. We will still choose this hotel on our next travel. I will make a youtube review about this hotel. Everything is clean. Plus they have a massage chair at the lobby that we enjoyed after a long day of walking.

Very impressed Great complimentary hot and cold drinks each day. Large rooms. Hidden massage chairs in the lobby! The hotel concierge escorted us and our luggage thru a shortcut to Namba station. Very happy we stayed. Sad we didn’t stay one more nite. Compliments to the staff!

We had the best stay! The staff were courteous and extremely attentive to our needs. A staff even run after us to offer an umbrella when it started to snow. Their housekeeping kept our room spotless the entire time, which was remarkable considering that our things were all over the place. They don't offer breakfast but the free-flowing coffee and other hot and cold drinks, available from early morning until midnight, more than makes up for it. We definitely would love to go back ;)

We enjoyed our 6 nights stay at here. The room size is big for 5 of us. It is near to the shopping street. Also, the staff are very friendly. Though there are no bf, but there are free drinks, microwave and utensils provided at the common area. We highly recommend this place.

We have a 10-year old kid and he enjoyed the stay. We always look forward to coming back to the hotel every day of our stay because of the available pantry for use and free flowing drinks! We can always decide to eat any time! There are massage chairs, coin laundry and billiards, too!

Owner and staffs of the hotel were so kind and helpful and goes the extra mile to help us. They even drove us to the train station so we could get a train to the airport. They were so patient and such level of service is not seen elsewhere. Thumbs up.

We stayed in Annex Corner Room for 4 nights. The room is very spacious and clean. They offer free flow hot and cold drinks from 6am to 12 midnight, which is absolutely amazing. Location of the hotel is fantastic. Dotonbori and the famous Glico billboard are just less than 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Similarly, Shinsaibashi is just a short walk away. JR Namba station, Osaka-Namba station and OCAT (airport transfer) are all within 7 minutes walk away from the hotel. Check in/out process was smooth. Service staff are friendly and speak good English. We will definitely choose to stay in Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi the next time we travel to Osaka. Highly recommended!

I was extremely impressed with this place.”
Rooms were clean and huge compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. Was in the prefect area. Right at the edge of Dotombori. 3 min walk to get to all the action, but none of the crowded foot traffic. Decor is very cool and unique. Staff was incredible. The one guy walked us all the way to the subway gate with our bag for us. Also the water pressure was amazing ! When I’m back in Osaka I’m staying here again for sure.

Superb ”
From the service of the entire team at Hotel88 Shinsaibashi, to the location, to the rooms, to the tastefully designed interiors, everything was just great ! Appreciate the fact that they sent us to the OCAT station, with one of the staff helping us with luggage .Everything is just a short walk on foot, and we love how the Subway entrance is just a minute walk from the hotel., and you can connect to various trains from there. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Osaka .

The hotel was in a very good location, just around 5 -10 mins to Namba shopping area and Dotonburi area. Train station is just 3 mins walk away. Our room was very spacious. The hotel deco is very whimsical and colourful! The hotel staff were very courteous. One particular staff, an elderly man, was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond with his service. Definitely would return if we are ever in Osaka.

i can't find any complaint about this hotel... i got a spacious room equipped with 1 king bed & 1 single bed. the staff is very helpful & friendly to provide me the guidance the convenient way to airport. surprise that this hotel is offering free pool table game & free service of four massage chairs for our tired journey. within a minute access to the popular dotombori street & lot of restaurants/convenient shop nearby. 5 stars rated undoubtable !

could u image, in namba area have shuttle from hotel to JR Namba/bus airport stasion. yes, this hotel have, may be for our group. they have phone/HP can take out from hotel and can make call to domestic phone number.. good service. our group like that. be careful for dotombori area, many shops, and can take many shopping bags.. wkakakak

Family of 4 with 2 young children 8 an 10 staying in main building superior twin room. Room comes with 2 queen beds, is spacious and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. 5 minute walk to Glico man. Really enjoyed my stay.
