    Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad a pie. Hotel sencillo pero confortable. La habitación pequeña pero con lo necesario para unos días y vistas a la calle. Destacar la atención agradable y esmerada de Herr Joshua Dorsch, que nos atendió en recepción. Volveríamos al mismo hotel y sin lugar a dudas lo recomendaríamos.

    Die Lage des Hotels ist top - mitten in der Stadt. Das ist aber auch das einzig positive. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Frühstück gab es nicht wegen Personalmangel- obwohl gebucht und schon bezahlt! Als wir die Zimmerkarte bekommen haben und unser Zimmer im 4. Stock Altbau beziehen wollten - stellten wir fest, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht gereinigt wurde. Das geht gar nicht - Schlüsselkarten fürs Zimmer rausgeben - wenn diese noch nicht gereinigt wurden.

    Man muss genügsam und tolerant sein.”

    Wer ein einfaches Zimmer ohne große Ansprüche sucht und tolerant ist, für den könnte es etwas sein. Bei meiner Ankunft war mein Zimmer schon vermietet und ich platzte mit meiner Karte unangenehm ins Zimmer. An der Rezeption wurde sich entschuldigt und ich bekam daraufhin ein anderes. Einen Wasserkocher bekam ich auf Nachfrage. Mich ärgert besonders, dass nach zweimaliger Beschwerde mein Zimmer noch nicht vom Staub befreit wurde. Auf dem Badheizkörper muss er schon wochenlang liegen.

    Zimmer wie in einer Jugendherberge, aber zweckmäßig und sehr sauber. Der Preis für Kiel, sehr gut. Bäder neu, Zimmer klein , Internetseiten unbedingt erneuern, entspricht nicht der Wirklichkeit, es ist viel besser. Lage top , man kann alles fussläufig erreichen. Fahrradkeller wäre gut.

    Trotz meiner Bitte ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen, habe ich ein Zimmer zur Straße hin bekommen. Da die Fenster des Hotels relativ alt sind, sind sie nicht sehr schalldicht. Das Hotel liegt in einer Straße mit Geschäften, d.h. ab morgens um 5.00 Uhr beginnt der Lieferverkehr mit entsprechenden lauten Entladungen.
