Hotel Apart Hotel offers accommodation in Hévíz, 100 metres from the Rákóczi Promenade and 300 metres from the Thermal Lake Hévíz. Each apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave. Nice and helpfull staff
No air conditioning. RECEPTION IS IN ANOTHER HOTEL! It wasn't in the description, we weren't notified. No one picked our phone. We couldn't check in. Luckily another randomly passing-by guest told us.

Sense of humor of the management of so-called hotel
The hotel is promising 24 h reception. Actually it works, but in other hotel, which is not easy to find in the night. We booked double bed, but got to single beds. View to the city, but it is hardly to explain what it was. Maybe some technical hinterlad. Equipment of the room was reather used, fine for the hostel but nor for three star hotel. NEVER EVER!

We had to go to another hotel to pick up the keys for our room - that information wasn't written anywhere, and nobody would pick up the phone when we tried calling. It was only when I made contact through Booking app they told us where to go to pick up the keys.

L emplacement, la connexion wifi. Le petit déjeuner au kalma hôtel était très bien.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation. La douche aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage. Un sèche-cheveux aurait été bien utile.

Sehr gute Lage mitten im Zentrum von Hévíz, relativ großes Zimmer, alles benötigte soweit vorhanden (sogar eine kleine Küche), alles hat funktioniert, Preis/Leistung unschlagbar!
Das Bad war eher alt, das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich und der Ausblick in den (überdachten!) Innenhof war nicht so genial
