The location was great. It's easily connected to public transportation. The single room is okay, not too small. I had a problem with bathroom in the night, the next day it was solved. The staff were nice.

Wonderfully central place, lovely staff”
While the room I stayed in was a little dated, it was clean and had fantastic views. And I was able to open the window, which for me is really important and nowadays not always a given. Staff were really friendly, and the breakfast buffet has a wonderful range.

Need Renovation ”
The location is excellent. The receptionist was very helpfully and service minded. The single room was old and tired. I couldn’t close the door soI was upgraded to a bigger room. This room was slightly better but still tired and old. Extremely narrow garage and was not included in the price. Breakfast was also changed extra .

This hotel gives good value for your money. The room was spaceous and nice, the bathroom was very 70-ish, but everything was clean and in working order, so no worries. The rest of the room was obviously refurbished not very long ago. We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view over the central parts of Kiel. Nice breakfast buffet as well. Very friendly and positive staff. No need to look any further if you need a place to sleep in Kiel.

Great value for money”
We had a very pleasant extended weekend in this hotel. Our friends were staying in couple of other hotels and we realized we had hit a jackpot with this one. The view was amazing as well as the room. The breakfast was delicious.

Staff are very accommodating when I arrived. They even allow me to do an early check in since I arrived earlier than the check in time. Small but clean single room with lovely sunset view. Thank you!

Wir kamen mit der Color Line aus Oslo. Das Personal (eine Frau mit hellen Haaren) hat uns freundlich empfangen. Wir dürften schon um 12 Uhr einchecken und ein Kinderbett wurde uns ins Zimmer gestellt. Wir erhielten ein Malbuch und Stifte für unseren Sohn. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee an der Rezeption. Wir würden mehrmals gefragt, ob wir uns wohlfühlen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Ja, super schade, das Gebäude mot seinen großen Fensterfronten hat Potenzial. Aber das Hotel und die Zimmer sind einfach alt! Keine minibar, Böden und Wände kaputt und alt, alles sehr lieblos. Die Rezeptionsdame war freundlich, das wars aber auch...

…. man nicht lärmempfindlich ist. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider defekte Heizung, die auch bei Null auf Max lief. Die Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und das nette Personal lassen aber einiges verzeihen.

Personal und Lage haben 5 Sterne verdient, Ausstattung sowie alles andere ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste unbedingt erneuert werden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht mehr gerecht. Der Hausmeister sollte öfter durch die Zimmer gehen und das eine oder andere reparieren.

Zentrale und saubere Unterkunft für eine Nacht ”
Wir haben hier bereits zum zweiten Mal gewohnt. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist ziemlich veraltet, aber Immerhin sauber. Herausragend sind die gute Lage, das unheimlich nette Personal und das leckere Frühstück. Alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung, wir würden für ein oder zwei Nächte jederzeit wieder kommen.

Positives: Personal war sehr nett Das Zimmer war sauber Negatives: Das Bett war so hart dass ich nach zwei Nächten nun zum Arzt gehen muss wegen Rückenschmerzen Parkplatz ist ein sehr großes Problem, das war mir beim Buchen schon klar. Beim Buchen stand da Frühstück dabei. Im Hotel wurde mir gesagt, dass ich dafür extra zahlen muss. Und es keie kleine Summe sondern 12,5€ Abzocke!

Renovierungsbedarf vorhanden!”
Trotz der sehr guten Lage, war die Einrichtung absolut renovierungsbedürftig, da sollte wirklich einmal investiert werden. Sowohl im Zimmer selber, als auch im Badezimmer. Es wirkt alles billig und verwohnt, schade!!!
