Not recommended...unless you are Japanese”
Listed as a tourist friendly hotel. Unless you speak Japanese or know Asian culture do's and don'ts, it is cumbersome at best. Some of the front desk staff were a invaluable asset, along with a local relative. If not for them, even the simplest things became an issue. - ex: in all my travels, I've always left a key card in the room and not even visited the front desk (since I've already paid)...they had me wait until the cleaning staff visually verified. Local custom guidelines - not for international travelers. Nice enough and worked in a pinch. Best wishes for the property, but most likely won't be booking a future stay.

Close to airport (approximately 5 km, taxi fare about 1,500 yen one way), beach (5 min walk), & restaurants/bars (5-15 min). Well-kept rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Catered well for athletes attending large triathlon event, with area specifically for bicycle storage & provision of early breakfast on the day of the event.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, perto do comércio local e dos restaurantes da cidade. Entretanto, em Miyakojima é necessário alugar um carro para poder ir às praias mais distantes. Os hotéis no Japão são, em geral, bem caros, mas o Atollemerald não oferece um padrão razoável para o que pagamos. Fora US$240 por noite para uma estadia sem café da manhã. O hotel é relativamente antigo, os atendentes da recepção, embora esforçados, falam muito pouco inglês e a cama e os travesseiros eram bem básicos. Nada demais para o preço.

10階の海向きのお部屋をご用意いただきました。室内は清潔でベランダがあり、外に出れば青い海を一望できます。眼前に伊良部大橋が見え、ホテルの周囲には多くのレストランやフードスポットが点在していてロケーションは最高。夜なら車で５分ほどでドン・キホーテに行けますので買い忘れたものもそろいます。忘れてはならないのがスタッフの皆さんの高いホスピタリティ。フロントの対応もとてもよく、朝食を提供してくれたレストラン・サンタフェのスタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、楽しい滞在ができました、この場を借りて御礼申し上げます、ありがとうございました。またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います！

快適なホテルです。朝食の品数も多く美味しかったです。タクシーもすぐ呼んでくださいました。 荷物を送るのに段ボールを買いました。ガムテープが紙だったので、少し心配でしたが、大丈夫でした。ミネラルウォーターはついていませんので、少しがっかりしました。有料でした。眺めは伊良部島や橋が見えてよかったです。

今回は、ワーケーションで利用しました。 設備は若干古めでしたが、部屋は広く海側の部屋だったので景色もきれいで、とても満足できました。 ベッド周りに電源がありませんでしたが、延長コードを貸してくれたので、問題ありませんでした。 ネットワーク環境も快適でした。 機会があったら、また宿泊したいと思います。

設備が古く、メンテナンス不足 ２日間エアコンが付かない部屋で我慢出来ずに部屋を変えて貰いました。 アメニティーもなし‥ 女子はスキン系が必要 今どき何も用意されていないホテルが珍しいと思うほどです。
