Disappointing”
The hotel is located in a great area of Miyakojima. There are nearby places to go snorkeling and also a lookout point to see the sunrise. The room was disappointing. Huge space but two single beds is not comfortable for a couple. The beds were not meant to be put together. The chair in the room did not look comfortable. There were many scratches on the wall and we felt the room was old. What made this disappointing was the cost. I didn't think the cost of the room matched the quality. The buffet breakfast was one of the good points of the stay. This place should be cheaper or the quality of the room should be better for the price we paid. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

A part of a larger resort”
I didn't know it when booking but the hotel turned out to be part of the bigger Shiraga hotel/ resort group, which also operates more expensive nearby hotels and various facilities (like nearby hot spring center, water sports center etc.) that open to the public. But as a hotel guest, you will get slight discounts in these facilities. And, it was these supporting facilities that made my stay wonderful. But thinking deeper, it was like a Thailand resort, losing the Japanese original tranquility and unextravagant experience. Each room is quite spatial in Japanese standard. It has a balcony with ocean view. The bathtub is in Japanese standard (i.e., narrow and short). Maybe the air con wasn't set right, my room smelled mouldy. Staff spoke very little English. Yet, I have had better experience in other hotels in many other various trips in Japan; the staff wasn't even trying to show by drawings or hand signs.

Quiet & peaceful stay. Good value. Great service.”
We were looking for a quiet peaceful beach hotel with breakfast included. Great ocean views from our room in the Tower. Great service by the staff. Breakfast was good (if you are happy with Japanese). Our first time on Miyako & thoroughly enjoyed it. Only let-down was the hotel's sushi restaurant.. ordered one sushi set at 5,000 yen & was told we can choose the selection by the chef... only half of what we asked for came, we didn't get the full order & as we were about to leave, the chef puts on the counter lean & half fatty tuna that we also asked for but not given.. maybe all mis-communcation but certainly left us a bitter taste... but this was the only negative experience.

All of the staffs were very nice, good breakfast both asian and american, clean facallities. with great view. But it was a bot pricy and there were no staffs who could speak english fluently, So there might be some troubles if you don’t know how to speak and read Japanese.

A beautiful resort for a couple days”
Free airport shuttle was a big plus. Lots of fantastic food at the resort and restaurants nearby is fantastic. It's a bit on the pricy side, but fully recommend anyone going. It's also about $15USD from Maehama beach so that's a bonus as well!

Grand complexe avec jolie petite plage privee. Le petit dejeuner buffet est bon et varié. Il faut une voiture car c’est assez loin de tout, cependant ou qu’on soit sur Miyakojima une voiture est indispensable. Le batiment annexe n’a pas d’acces sur le batiment principal, il faut passer par la route pour le rejoindre.

O Hotel em si é bonito, mas a praia não tem como entrar, tem muita pedra sem chance de banhar no mar principalmente com criança (perigoso) Sobre o quarto, o sistema é ruim fiz reserva pelo Agora, reservei um quarto com 2 camas e 1 sofá cama enorme para 3 adultos e 3 crianças, no valor de 53,000 mil ienes Ao chegar pra fazer o check in a minha reserva estava para 1 pessoa só ( num quarto grande) tive que pagar mais 30.000 mil ienes para hospedar meu marido e filha Por fim paguei 83 mil ienes do dia 5 ao 8 de junho de 2023 Sempre me hospedo em okinawa e ishigaki, nunca tive problema com hotel Mas dessa vez foi decepcionante Os atendentes do balcão não são simpáticos, uma trabalhadora estrangeira também olhou com cara feia ao nos ver chegando da praia O café da manhã é ótimo, e os garçons e cheff super simpático Piscina é ótima, o quarto das crianças brincarem tbm é ótimo Mas não recomendo o hotel pelo erro que teve, e a praia é decepcionante tambem

素敵なホテル”
初めての宮古島でしたが、ホテルも綺麗でしたし、とてもゆったりと過ごせました。 客室内お風呂はセパレートではないですが、近くに銭湯もあるので、海からの帰りに私たちはそちらを利用していたのであまり気になりませんでした。朝食はとても充実していて、お子様の好きなメニューも分けて低い位置に置いてあったり、細やかな心遣いがされているなーと思いました。

オーシャンビューの部屋でナイトプール ”
ができるホテルをさがしました。プールにライトがついてる画像をみてこちらに滞在しましたが１９時で閉まるためナイトプール をやっているわけではなかったようです。オーシャンビューでしたが、目の前の海にに波止場？堤防？歩いていけるところあって思っていた景色とは違う感じでした。同じ系列のナイトプール をやっていたホテルと悩んでいたのでそちらでもよかったかも！そっちだと部屋がオーシャンビューじゃないんですよね。。 海の色は綺麗だったのでさすが宮古島という感じでした。 シギラ黄金温泉もいきました。プールは思っていたより小さかったけど、展望温泉は海が見えてよかったです。

家族旅行で利用させていただきました。ロケーションも良く、快適に過ごせました。出来れば、アメニティに化粧水とかがあると助かります。あと、子供用のパジャマなどもあると良いです。 今回はビーチの整備期間であったので、ちょっと残念でした。

目の前はビーチや散歩道があり、温泉がありお土産やもあり、公園があり、ここで全て済ませられる感じ⁉️残念ながら近辺にコンビニやお店が少ない（それもリゾートっぽさがあります！）ので、お金や必要なものはホテルに行く前に用意していったほうがおすすめ。 スタッフさんもすごく優しく、おもてなしを感じました。
