Superb hotel at a great price. Facilities clean and new. Modern shower, platform style. Bottled water provided. Best location with 7-11 across the street and a market and the train station in next building. Staff very helpful. Thank you!

Osaka trip ..”
We stayed at this hotel and everything was perfect, near to kitahama subway station(just beside). Also , lawson and 7-11 is just opposite the hotel and convenient for us to grab anything anytime. Some more, the location has a quiet yet safe environment. Definitely the best hotel 👍. Staff was helpful and friendly(keep it up guys) 👍👍👍good good good. Bonus : the shower was splendid with a good water flow 🥳😇

Good in everyone way”
This is a surprising treasure. Though it is more a business hotel but the location is just amazing. Subway at the doorstep, not 1 but 2 convenient shops opposite, a supermarket with wide variety of bentos on sale. Not to mention a popular and 1 of the best tsukemen shop at the corner!! Front counter staff are good and friendly. Our favourite was Ms Niiyama. Though new but her service is perfect and so patient. I was surprised that this front desk lady brought up our extra pillows herself immediately after the call. Really appreciated that. And the housekeeping team was thorough with cleaning. However, the spectacled male staff on night duty was rude and strict when he told me off for sipping my beer at the lobby quietly alone. Perhaps I was affecting the image of the hotel. Nonetheless, good experience overall. Thank you everyone for a pleasant stay.

I would rate Hotel Brighton City Kitahama as highly recommended. Though small in room size, it has great amenities and very clean. Staff are very helpful. I would definitely book this hotel next time we visit Osaka.👍👍

Friendly staff, Yummy Japanese breakfast, spacious room with daily cleaning, bathroom is hi-tech love the shower/bath very strong water pressure, complimentary water, heater/aircon was good too.

The hotel is very accessible since it is near the Kitahama Station. There’s a 711 and Lawson store in front. Hotel staff are very accommodating. Room is very spacious.

Easy access to the airport”
About half an hour travel to the airport.Hotel has a free transfer which is very convenient.We had a very huge room for a triple room and with a very nice view 360 degress of OSaka .

Great access to metro and Keihan railway for Kyoto and good sized rooms”
Great location, easy to get to via metro and very near the exit (4 and 5). Good for sightseeing via keihan railway for Kyoto. JR pass isn’t necessary here - we didn’t have to take too many JR lines. A big well stocked 7/11 is just opposite, very useful for water / fruits / snacks. Also near a decent coffee shop - Brooklyn roaster company along the River. Would definitely recommend the hotel for its location, good sized rooms and great water pressure and size of bathrooms. Wish that the staff would be better trained in terms of airport customs / tax free procedures or even metro operating hours during public holidays. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is only 2-3 mins walk from Metro and there are 7-11 and Lawson downstairs opposite. Also a supermarket near Metro exist area. I really like the bathroom, bright and super clean.
