            The worst hotel ever”

            No elevator, no AC, no receptionist when I check in. I have to wait 1 hour for the access and found somebody else use my room for the mistake information from the receptionist that absence that day. I force to sleep in a room that already used by someone else. The hotel refuse to refund me. Never stay here if you want to avoid problem

            Never even consider this hotel”

            very pricey for such Hotel without elevator with very small and steep stairs. Horrible if you have to bring up luggage to 4th floor. I have a horrible experience when the receptionist texted me that she would be absence for sick and would leave amplop in front of my room for access card. I found no amplop and later found out someone else already use my room. The receptionist texted the same message to 2 person for 1 same room. I texted the receptionist and she never replied anymore. Finally the other guest move to other room and I got a room that already used. I request from refund and they just ignore me. What a shame attitude. So my sincere advise, never even consider to book this hotel.

            Nicht Behinderten gerecht, sehr eng steile Treppen ”

            Unfreundliches Personal. Nicht gut gekennzeichnet wie steil und schmal die Treppen sind. Meine Mutter musste trotz 80% Gehbehinderung in den 3 Stock?! Die Badezimmertür ging ebenfalls nicht mal zur Hälfte auf ! Würde da nicht noch ein zweites Mal übernachten. Nicht zu empfehlen

            Mir fehlen die Worte, habe mich niemals so unwohl in einem 'HOTEL' gefühlt. Alles war grauenhaft und diente nicht dazu, KUNDEN zufrieden zu stellen. Keine Seife, trotz Seifenspender, Toilette spült wie ein Rinnsal, die Zusatzheizung ist kaputt, die Möbel sind sperrmüllreif, alles ist baufällig, das Ambiente ist fast unerträglich. Die Empfangsdame war sehr nett.

            Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das einzige ´Manko war dass ich ein Zimmer in der 4. Etage hatte und es keinen Aufzug gab. Aber es war absolut OK !!!!!!!!
