Wonderful hotel”
We stayed for three nights in a in park view suite. The hotel was immaculate, but full of character. I was a bit concerned it might be draughty being an older building but it was toasty warm which was lovely to come back to. The room was beautifully furnished, bed large and very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect, pretty much the whole city within walking distance and only a couple of minutes walk to main bus stops and metro, but in a really quiet peaceful location by a small park. The staff were really friendly and professional. I honestly can't fault it. I wish I could replicate the hotel in other cities!

Perfect location. The 100e Express Bus from the airport to the center of town stops about 5 minutes walk from the Hotel. Almost all of the major attractions can be reached by foot in less than 35 minutes....a big plus! Nevertheless, the hotel is in a side street and therefore quiet. The rooms are not big (but decently sized), and decorated with good taste, with very comfortable beds, high-quality linen and super clean. The bathroom had a wonderful "rain" shower. Every morning there is a great breakfast spread (mostly cold items), good coffee (espresso, cappuccino etc.), fruits etc. The staff was wonderful! Super polite and always willing to help. Sabine, at the reception, was wonderful and took the time to give us great tips about activities and sites to visit. We spent three nights and are already thinking about coming back.

Stayed four nights in deluxe room with park view and everything was superb. Room is so stylish and everything working well. Nice continental breakfast with everything you need and more. Staff is great and they do everything to make your stay most comfortable.

Absolutely amazing. Insanely stylish with a perfect location. Rooms huge and everything you could possibly need. Staff all on point and couldn't be more friendly. Breakfast is fantastic also and sets you up for the day perfectly. Honestly, cannot fault this place at all and if ever in Budapest again, will 100% be staying here.

We had a great stay here. 4 nights. Great location. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was nice if repetitive as no cooked food . Room was spacious, lovely decor and warm. Huge bathroom. But we left disappointed, as we had asked for them to arrange a taxi for our early flight. We specifically said taxi not a transfer. The taxi came on time and charged us a set fee of 15K when the incoming taxi with metre turned on, charged less than 10K. Very disappointed to be over charged. I couldn’t refuse to pay as he never turned on the metre. I think charging 5k extra for a phone call is unfair.

On behalf of the Team I would like to apologize if you weren't 100% happy and I hope you do not mind If I explain the minor misunderstanding: the reason we have ordered the taxi we are working with it's because it is a "taxi" and we use it for all our guests as it is the most reliable and can be booked beforehand unlike the Bolt (local Uber) Unfortunately with Bolt, after multiple experiences, we cannot 100% be sure that the ride will go smoothly, but with our usual taxi we can make sure that the guests are safe and sound and on time and this is always our top priority. I love this lovely accommodation. They have nice and friendly staffs. Beautiful and trendy decorations. The bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient, very close to metro. The only thing that bothered me was the step open function of trash can in bathroom didn’t work well. However, I still highly recommend this hotel.

This is a well decorated, designed boutique hotel, the owner/ designer has got class.. impressive on the design, every detail. Especially I enjoy the high celling, room is very comfortable and the scent... staff is nice. Especially the red hair lady, she’s so friendly. And how long I didn’t received a hand-write welcome card in room? And how long I didn’t has the staff to bring and introduce me the room? Romantic Space w/ great Location ”
Enjoyed the stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be any better. Close to coffee shops, park, and public transit. Small cold breakfast with some very good quality, albeit small items. Several light options inside room. Creepy locked door inside bathroom. Good amount of space in rooms. Courtyard in center of hotel is charming. Would have liked some complimentary snacks in the hotel room.

Magnificent Boutique Hotel!! ”
Wow! We absolutely loved everything about Hotel Collect and highly recommend this little boutique hotel. The location was perfect and an easy walk to everything in the city. The staff and service was always friendly, personable, and accommodating. Our room was unique and magnificent, (Room 14) and absolutely one of the most memorable stays we have ever had. The hotel has a great location, very central really easy to get to the main attractions and the metro. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants and cafes really close to the hotel, with a lovely little park and cafe literally right on the doorstep, great for a late afternoon drink in the sunshine after a day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were really helpful, with restaurant bookings and taxis. All in all a great place.
