Perfect for short visit”

The hotel close to Munich with convenient S-Bahn connection. It is centrally situated in Unterhaching, close to all local facilities and services. The hotel staff was open, friendly and helpful. Beds and bathroom very good and well maintained. Everything is modern with high standards. Excellent value for money, would strongly recommend.

Very nice stay for short visit”

Convenient to travel by S-Bahn, few nice restaurants and cafe-backery nearby, supermarket just downstairs. Quite silent. Equipment at basic level, but overall -just enough. Hotel rooms should be better noise-isolated to each other and hall.

Canterbury with a pool”

Great location with carpark (important) and pool (nice to have). The staff was very friendly and was helping always. It was a pleasure to stay. Nice breakfast: English / vegetarian / continental.

Good stay in a nice neighbourhood”

Loved the fact that the Supermarket (Penny) is just downstairs, making it very convenient. WiFi here works well. The train station is fairly near, approximately 7 min walk away. It was a good tjing that the train station (S-bahn) is in the inner zone, hence making the price of transport tickets cheaper. There are restaurants, pharmacies and another supermarket near the S-bahn.

Very clean..felt safe. Only concern is cleaning cart on wheels woke us up every morning at 6:30 am. Not great when you are on holidays. Otherwise great stay!

Good stay, very basic”

Nice stay, rooms basic. Location was nice about 30 mins on train to center. Very overpriced for what you receive. Smell of old smoke when you first walk up stairs was unpleasant

Acceptable”

two beds room in the corner is like a penthouse. The ceiling over the beds were very stressful.

Hotel Renovation in progress”

The hotel is new and clean. The staff was very friendly. We knew the location won't be near city center, but wasn't expecting it to be that far away, especially when the S-bahn platform are not well-connected. The room is small but clean. There's no view from my room and the heater only worked for the first night. I has cold shower for the next 2 nights. Due to renovation, there's no lift too. Too many steps for our lugguages.

Aillant l'habitude des hôtels, c'est bien la première fois, ou malgré le standing, on a ni drap, ni couverture, juste une légère couette, alors que le chauffage est plutôt bas. J'ai du insisté pour avoir une autre couette. L'hôtesse d'accueil très désagréable, hautaine et loin d'avoir un minimum de compréhension, en contraste avec la seconde qui était toute a fait normal. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel dont le prix est excessif vu les prestations inférieurs a une étoile.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrem Hotel. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und das Zimmer war groß. Das Bad war auch sehr freundlich gestaltet. Das Frühstück-Büfet war reichlich und gut.

Das Zimmer war sauber und freundlich. Die Atmosphere war sehr relaxing. Wir haben sehr gut in dem Bett geschlafen. Da war eine riesen Auswahl beim Fruehstueck, jeden Tag frisch und lecker. Wir haben das Hotel unseren Freunden und Bekannten weiterempfohlen und wenn wir wieder in Deutschland sind, werden wir auf jeden fall im Damas bleiben. Es war unser zweiter stay.

Mooie en schone kamers, ideaal als je op doorreis bent.”

Kamer was goed schoon, en de bapakte auto kan je goed kwijt in de afgesloten parkeergarage. Kamers zijn niet heel groot maar wel een prima formaat als je overdag niet veel tijd op de kamer doorbrengt. Heerlijk Beiers gegeten bij het restaurant ongeveer 250 meter vanaf het hotel. Onder het hotel bevindt zich een supermarkt.

オクトーバーフェスト期間中でしたが、市中心部から30分程度圏内にあるにもかかわらず、お得な価格で宿泊できました。日本で言うところのビジネスホテルですので、宿泊のみにはもってこいです。
