Very bad staff”

I arrived at the hotel, and no one there. After calling the staff and waited for 30 minutes, he didn't know my booking. He can't use computer well and after 30 minutes checking, he found my reservation. I've paid by credit card, but he said he didn't have single room and intended to give me a family room but needed extra 20 Euros. What a rediculous staff and hotel. I chose to lost my money and to find another hotel.

Remek szállás közvetlenül a városközpontban. Vasútállomás, Székesegyház, dzsámi, buszpályaudvar maximum 15 percnyi sétára. A szobák felszereltsége kiváló, minden igényt kielégítő.
