Great location next to Kyoto station. Really appreciated the hotel eco-friendly measures e.g. taking toiletries upon needs and not cleaning up rooms everyday while providing new towels. The spa is great and runs until midnight. There are series of manga for visitors to read. The breakfast is excellent! It offers both Western and Japanese style of food, delicious! The hotel staff is very polite and helpful too. A few minors: the WiFi connection is not completely stable; some TV channels could not be shown; and the room is a bit warm. The room is just good for one person. All in all, I travelled both for work and leisure and had a great time in Kyoto and Osaka.

Great hotel with good location”
Free use of public onsen and can track the crowd from TV system. Totally love it. Toiletries need to take at hotel lobby, a wide range of selection from the usuals to cleaning oil, hair wax, mouth wash, skincare items, etc. Totally impressed. Wifi speed is super fast, location is good and staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if visiting Kyoto again.

A fine place but not for light sleeps”
The facilities and staff are great and the location is excellent. I would definitely recommend it if you are not a light sleeper. The walls are very thin and for some reason, there is an alarm clock built into the bed, which woke us at 7am.

The service is very good. The staff speaks English very well, giving good advice. The hotel location is very good, near the subway station and jr. The hotel is near a shopping mall. I think I will definitely come back to stay again.

Convenient location facing Kyoto station”
Great location- can see hotel from Shinkansen before stopping at Kyoto station. Compact room but great modern amenities with public bath and shoppings everywhere. Breakfast is really wonderfully great.

The hotel itself is great, the personnel’s really kind, the room is small but very well-equipped. I was impressed by the breakfast. The food was apparently prepared with care and it comes with lots of varieties. The location of the hotel, though, is a bit tricky as it situated at the back of Kyoto station. If you arrive by train at the station, you can’t just go directly across the station to get there. The only way is to go through the underground tunnel or by the footbridge, which takes around 10 minutes and includes going up and down. It could be very confusing and brings lots of hassle to travelers not familiar with the station and/or carrying heavy luggage.

Great value for money ”
The hotel is just 2 mins walk from Kyoto station and there is a bus terminal to Kansai Airport and Osaka. Room is clean and quiet. What I love most is the Bath House. There are various amenities you can choose and they provide 雪肌精 for skincare. Overall, I will definitely come back here for my next stay.

This is the best hotel so far on my trip in japan. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forget that lady receptionist name. Her passion in service us on the kyoto direction and hotel facilities is great. The hotel located just in front of kyoto station and avanti mall. This is so convenient to go everywhere. The onsen and free ramen in the hotel is a very plus point. Very recommend this hotel for those are traveling to kyoto.
