Well I travel to Osaka for my US visa interview. This hotel is nearby the US consulate Osaka. The service provided is excellent and even the rooms are well managed and clean. The receptionist was so humble and friendly. Best Hotel at affordable price..

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was actually big enough for two tall foreigners. The rain shower was so nice. They have their own onsen too! I would recommend staying at the hotel!

The big public bath is nice. Many different restaurants nearby. A 10-minute walk to Osaka Station where big malls are located. Cleanliness could be improved though, as we found a used water bottle and toothpaste in our room upon checkin.

Just 500m away from umeda south twin tower exit. lawson and famima is just around the corner, and crowded eating street is across the street. AWESOME room design making it feels bigger and spacious. pajamas were uncomfortable though. 24H donquihotte is 700m away.

Good price with high quality service”
The hotel is neat and tidy with helpful staff. About 10-15-minute walk to Osaka JR station, with many shopping malls nearby. The public bath is great and I appreciate their environmental-friendly policy.

Clean and comfortable”
Stayed two nights in a twin room on the 15th floor. Clean and thoughtfully provided with various complimentary cleansing items. The room itself is a tight fit but everything is provided and works well. The communal bath is very nice although I am told there isn’t a cold pool or at least it is much smaller in the women’s bathing area. There is a washing/drying machine (one) in both the men and woman’s changing rooms but often is being used. Still, the bath is one of the pluses of this property. The breakfast is simply prepared but a delicious salad with carrot dressing (vitamin choice) and a small dish of fruit with various breads. Overall, I would recommend this property although it was difficult to find (Hankyu Minami-Morimichi is more straightforward though

Hotel is new and facilities are good. The onsen is amazing and hotel has a tiny gym for cardio. Its a bit of a walk from umeda station, but still pretty central and close to downtown area.

Fantastic Stay in Osaka!”
Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. Onsen available in hotel which was very well maintained. Staffs were extremely helpful. The only downside was that it is not too close to Osaka Station (15min walk).

Room size was good, we didn't have time to explore the area properly but did find the 15min walk from main station a bit far for us at the tail end of our holiday.

The room was a bit small for two peoples but still ok. The hotel located not too far from Umeda station. Only one problem I have was the air-condition blow onto my face during the night. Maybe there is some way to setup the airflow.
