Location, staff, space, facilities, cleanliness and food - Excellent on all accounts! Their staff by the reception named Mr. Lee who also speaks good English was extremely helpful and made great efforts to assist us from accommodation to send off. He got us two taxis to the airport and bid us goodbye very nicely. We had a very nice and hassle free stay at this hotel. We enjoyed their spa and the massage was great. The overall facily was clean and spotless, they are just accross the main train station of JR and subway. Very close to Hokkaido Historical Village and Mitsui outlet village. Overall experience is excellent. Will definitely stay again. Thumbs up to Japanese service!

The view from windows was beautiful, enough to enjoy the snowing Sapporo. Near the subway station, enjoyed warm tea and coffee for free, staffs were kind.. nothing to complain actually. Recommend to visit the souvenir store in lobby, the first floor. Love to revisit as a foreigner.

Good hotel. Please take note the staff knows very little English, might need translator to communicate. The room was big and I love it. Automated carpark. Pay a fixed price and can leave and enter the carpark multiple times during your stay.

Their breakfast is superb! The staffs were very attentive and friendly. I stayed there for 5 days and there were days where i did not need any room cleaning but only needed some amenities replenishment. For those days, i left a note at the door and the kind staff will drop me the things that i requested at my doorstep. The rooms are very clean and spacious as well.

Hotel is near Shin-sapporo JR & subway station, within 5mins walk. There's 3 malls within the vicinity which can easily spend an entire day there. Hotel provides spa credits that entitle for japanese bath. Room is comfortable enough for 2 pax with 2 big & 2 small luggages. Aircon was fixed to warmer during winter period but cooling enough.

stayed in 3 hotels in hokkaido (hakodate, toya, sapporo) this trip and this was the best out of the 3 didn't get the breakfast (slept in late coz of the night events: snow lights, illumination events and so on) so no comments staff were ready to help and able to handle our requests at late hours (changing of our towels, replacing the water boiling flask) staff were polite and did well on cleanliness

The most sizable hotel in Shin Sapporo district”
This was my third time staying in this hotel - Last time I stayed in a corner room. However, the single room this time was equally comfortable. - The free spa treat was a true surprise which made me enjoy it very much because the facility was spacious and complete. - The staff have always been very pleasant and attentive. - The hotel is highly accessible, because it is next to the JR and subway station as well as the bus terminus. -There is a big shopping complex right at the JR station with a hugh super market (Aeon). - There are many local style Izakaya and restaurants close by, underneath the JR station.

our group traveled to sapporo for the winter festival and we had a wonderful time at emisia. while it may not be centrally located, it was just a stone's throw from the subway and jr line. so convenient to reach any part of the city. and right across the street were a mall, supermarket and numerous restos. the hotel staff were very cheerful and extremely helpful and attended to our needs with dispatch, even if their hotel was rather full due to the number of chinese tour groups arriving and checking in. the breakfast was a nice mix of western, japanese and chinese cuisine. in all we had a great time and will definitely use this as a base for our subsequent trips to the snow capital of japan

pro: everything is so good during my stay at emisia. i booked a high floor with corner view which was so amazing. you can nearly see the view of the whole city. next time when i go to sapporo, definitely i will choose this hotel again. con: its location is a little bit quite. shops and supermarket aeon will close at around 21:00. it's a place for rest not a place for night funs.
