The location is very good: situated close to a lot of famous tourist spots, with good amount of restaurants, department stores to go nearby The staffs were helpful, and they adapted a multilingual check in check out system, so no language barrier in most of the places Rooms are adequately sized with very nicely designed details like in lighting, shower admenaties, universal charging wire, and hair dryer. There is a restaurant that provides excellent breakfast buffet with western and Japanese cuisine in reasonable price, which turns into a lounge for free hot drinks during the day 24 hours. Washing and drying machines are available for longer term travellers , though constantly busy.

The hotel is very new and clean. The clean bathtub makes you wanna take a comfortable bath with the bath powder provided by the hotel. The room size is bigger than expected. The price is not expensive because of discount. The free tea or coffee is a credit. I have their matcha latte 2-3 times per day XD The location is good, very near to the Nishiki Market and large shopping mall. This hotel provides the eco cleansing, which I think it's good enough. Special thanks to their staff. I left a message (in bad Japanese) for requesting cleansing the bathtub, and the staff left thank message back to me. It makes me feel good.

Smart Hotel in Model Traditional Kyoto”
This hotel offers contactless check-in and check-out as they have kiosks where you retrieve and return your room keys. We stayed at a super twin for 3 people which was very spacious for us, a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Kudos to the staff for a superb customer service. We appreciate the thoughtfulness for providing our kids their own toiletries set and slippers. This extra effort delighted our kids so much. This hotel has great location as you are just a few steps away to the bus and train stations to conveniently get around Kyoto. Also, just a 5 minute walk across the street is the Shinkyogoku shopping alley where you can find the Samurai Museum and Fluffy's (Cat) Cafe.

Excellent hotel chain in a strategic location ”
Just 5 mins walk from the Nishiki market, and in between a subway and some private railway stops, also many buses pass by this street. Lots of duty free shopping and food just around the corner. Bath tub is lovely and the coffee machine is an extra treat.

Great location, very close to the market and some main tourist spots. Staff were fantastic. Great facilities as well, including a pretty decent coffee machine and washing machine. Super clean and space is more than adequate. Had a really comfortable stay.

Hotel has a good location near restaurants, shops, subway stations and bus stations. It is also connected to the underground passage. The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff are helpful and breakfast is good.

This hotel looks deceptively understated on the outside but once you enter, it’s pleasant and the simple decor is inviting enough. The room is spacious enough and well equipped with all you need. It’s just diagonally opposite to the Nishiki Market and all the shops and retailers in the vicinity are within walking distance

24hours free coffe and coco is my BEST MEMORY of this hotel! Especially we went during winter. Room is big for family of 3. 5 minutes walk to stations, Nishiki market, Great location indeed!

This hotel is next to rolexstore. Location is very good. All staff is very kind,also hotel cleaning service is nice condition. But you can feel uncomfortable the sound of a bus stopping during the day(but night is quiet). Anyway, location is good to go Kyoto anywhere.

Hotel location is great. Connected to the underground walkway, very convenient when it's raining and when it's too cold outside. The staffs are very helpful especially Mr Nagai and Ms Baba. They try their best to assist me. The room is modern and superb with every facility you can think of.

Super love the hotel!!!! I spend a night there with my family. The shower room, the best!!! and super spacious. And the room is super clean. Knowing I got the room with a discounted price, but the service and the room itself looks expensive. I will definitely stay here again if I will come back in Kyoto. PS: Triple room.
