Gran Ms Kyoto is easily accessible by train, bus, taxi, and on foot. Very clean and the King room was quite roomy with plenty of surfaces for unpacking for vacation. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful; they assisted me with my takkyubin luggage delivery to and from the hotel. There is a small restaurant by the hotel entrance, as well as a very convenience 7-11.

Great location”
The hotel is in a great location from Nishiki market. The hotel provided clean beds, a warm showe and has refrigerator in the rooms. Bonus they also provide water everyday. The only thing you have to be mindful is that their bathrooms have a big step to get into and in the winter the heater is controlled by a central unit. Other than that highly would recommend to stay here.

We had a pleasant stay at Gran Ms Kyoto. It is located closeby the Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae subway station, which is accessible to most of tourist attractions in Kyoto. The room is good enough for two pax. The staff are friendly and communicative in English.

Just next to 7E convenience stores Walking distance to Keihan Line to get to Gion District & not too far away to the subway if u are travelling to Arashyima area. Located very near to the Sanjo Shopping street for ur food or shopping hunts. Staff are helpful and able to communicate in English. Rooms are a little too warm on the winter because they do centralised to the aircond & can’t be adjust but luckily they help us to unlocked the window for some little cool wind to come in

Convenient location near the subway at the north end of Kawaramachi. Within walking distance to multiple lines. Good for tourists. Room was well insulated from the noise outside. The only drawback was that the ac could only be set to heat because it was fall/winter. They lent out an oscillating fan that worked for me but it might be a bit of a concern for those that often feel warm / sleep hot or are from cooler climates.

I love this hotel because it is centrally located, updated, and extremely clean. I’m not sure if it’s because of C-ona, but for the price, it is extremely good value. This was my second time staying here, and I also recommended it to my friend who booked it after and enjoyed her stay. Thumbs up! The staff is also very nice and helpful!

Awesome Hidden Gem”
Staff are super friendly. Rooms are clean and functional. They seem small as we are 6ft tall. The Lobby is a great place to chill and the laundry is well situated and resaonably priced. The Hotel location is perfect for shopping, night time entertainment and easy to access subways and other tranport.

Exceptional”
This is a clean and quiet hotel near Sanjyo bridge in downtown Kyoto. It is very convenient for public transportation and sightseeing. Room was good size and clean. Only I notice in this room was slightly smelly in a bathroom. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel!

Best location for Kyoto travelers ”
There are bus stops to the many attractions of Kyoto for 1 minute walk from the hotel. Endless shops and restaurants around the hotel but very quiet and cosy inside the hotel. I wish there is coffee facilities in the lounge area although we could get coffee from many neighborhoods also tea facilities in the room with little fridge. Great service and kind staffs . Highly recommend.

Good value, amazing location ”
It was a decent hotel, nothing too fancy but definitely what I expected for the price I paid. It was clean, simple, and there were free extras available near the elevators. Check in and out are super simple (you get a QR code for check in and you drop off your room key in a box for check out if there’s no one at the counter). The best part though was definitely the location, there are plenty of things to do around the hotel. It’s also near the bus stop if you plan to venture out further to any big shrines/temples

We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The room was a great size for us. They have robes, tooth brushes, etc, down stairs. You get a nice view of the city. Staff was friendly and welcoming. There is so much to explore around the hotel. There are many restaurants and stores to check out. They do close early so be mindful of that. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay - you can't beat the location”
My family (4.5 year daughter & wife) and I stayed here for 4 nights and we had a really comfortable stay. The best part of this hotel is the location. A bus stand & taxi stand is around 50-60 meter away from the hotel. A train station is also within 700-800 meters. This makes it perfect choice for the people who are visiting Kyoto for tourism purposes and going to do a lot of sightseeing. Apart from that you will find plenty of restaurents, bakeries, coffee shops, convenient stores like 7-Eleven, Family Mart are within the radius of 200 meters. Our superior twin room was sufficient enought for three person. It has 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Amenities were good and the staff were helpful especially Mr. Sunil. The only thing they I wish should be there is a restaurant, especially for serving the breakfast to guests.
