Ski trip review. ”
It's basically a ski trip. A bit far from happo and echoland area but I was lucky enough to drive so not much problem. Hotel was clean and spacious enough. Onsen was good. Washing machine was there also so everything was great. One terrible complain was renting the ski or snowboard. They needed me to return the skis at 5pm and don't allow me to return it on the next morning. So how do they expect me to ski somewhere else besides Cortina? Not to mention I can't do the night ski also? Terrible ski rental at Green Plaza hotel....

Facilities are old and poor. the restaurants had all closed except the buffet restaurant. closest restauramt were 30 mins drive thru road that had poor visibility at night. Staff were not the best and zero english capability.

Was there when it was not snowing yet. Luckily the hotel arranged for foc shuttle to hakuba 47 which we can still ski a little. However, they only have 1 trip and 1 trip back for the day. Would have been better if they can arrange for more shuttle service. The chinese speaking staff if very friendly and extremely helpful. Food is ok but eating the same stuff for 3 days can be rather boring. 😅 lastly, the wifi is horrible. Dont even rely on it.

見た目はいいホテルなのにもったいない”
ロケーションは良かった。 外観の雰囲気は申し分なし。 料理もすごく良かったが客のマナーが悪いので、整理してもらわないと駄目。 せっかくブロックが分かれているのだから、せめて子連れゾーンと大人ばかりのゾーンと分ければいいと思う。 エレベーターは最悪、なかなか乗れない。 外国人も多く、マナーが悪い。 特に料理の時間とチェックインチェックアウト時。 大浴場、施設はいいが、不潔。 掃除が行き届いてなく、床に毛がたくさん。外国人は水を跳ね飛ばすし、子供は湯桶を湯船につけて遊んでるし、挙句、水虫の皮を剥いている若い子もいた。 部屋も隣や上の部屋でドンドンされるとうるさくて寝れない。 エアコンも温度調節が出来ず、部屋はすごく乾燥する。 部屋自体、古い上、清掃も行き届いてない。 ベッドももうスプリングが限界の感じ。 スタッフも外国人や研修生が多く、割引のリフト券があるかないか聞いただけで、レンタルなら割引があるとか意味が分からない回答をする。 スキー場は雪質もよく満足できるレベルだが、半分しかリフト動かさないなら、半額にするべき。 しかも、何をするにも並ばなければできない。 スキー場のリフト券を買うだけで30分以上待たなくてはならず、リフトもみんな板だけ置いて順番待ちしなければならない。 リフト券の割引もないのであれば、せめて宿泊者のリフト券をフロントで販売する等並ばなくてもいいように宿泊者に便宜を図ってほしい。 あとチェックアウトも10時は早すぎと思う。

夏でも楽しめる白馬”
少しでも涼しい場所を旅の目的地にと白馬を選びました。そしてビュッフェが大好きな食べ盛りの高校生・中学生を連れての宿泊でしたが、夕食・朝食共に大満足な味と種類で家族みんなニコニコでした。ホテル内では夏らしくお祭り屋台もあり小さいお子さんには好評でしたよ。 敷地内にはイングリッシュガーデンもあり散策にはちょうど良い規模でした。少し上に上がると風も涼しく心地良かったです。

ゲレンデ前のホテルなのでロケーション最高です。ホテル自体は少し古くなっていますが、清潔なので問題ありません。食事付き、リフト券付き、温泉有り、ゲレンデ前を考えるととても良いホテルと思います。

新手滑雪超級推薦”
第一次滑雪就選它有點後悔,就跟潛水一樣第一次就船潛後再也不想岸潛了~ SKI IN SKI OUT超級方便,一出去要滑新手滑道或是中高級都有纜車, 餐點好吃,甜點超級多種,可惜地點在白馬區比較偏僻的地方,住太多天會吃到膩, 從東京過去交通費非常貴...... 缺點就是check in time 3:00PM,時間還沒到都無法寄行李在櫃檯,一定要用付費locker, 如果大的locker沒有就只能浪費時間顧行李而沒辦法滑雪......check out後也是行李不能寄放在櫃檯~

酒店在Cortina雪场，红顶的建筑外观非常有特色，雪场与酒店是连通的，非常方便。每天滑完雪可以泡汤♨️是最舒服的。下次还会考虑入住。
