The hotel room was very clean and smelled of bleach/cleaning products upon entering. The room also didn't smell old but was well ventilated. Nice quite neighborhood. The cleaning lady kept our room nice evry day and always put new soaps etc. Very pleased with my stay.

they really need to change dropping your key off at reception before you leave out, wish they had a modern keyless entry or something as it’s really annoying but hotel is in a wonderful location which makes everything convenient

Triple room”
The room was clean. There is an A.C so that was brilliant. TV does not work properly due to poor connection but who needs a tv? There was only was table, the tv's, so we kind of had to keep stuff in our bags but if you r only looking for a place to sleep and shower then it is good enough. Very basic but clean and comfy beds. Staff are very friendly and checking in and out were both simple and quick. Location is very good, it is close to Sagrada Famillia, we went there on foot.

Small Room with 0 amenities not even water bottle”
The hotel room was 10 mins from Sagrada Familia but the room was really small and they did not even provide water bottle, tab water had too much calcium. We reached at 5 Am and requested an early checkin probably by 10 but the night staff clearly rejected the same saying the hotel is full.

Very bad room and services”
Except receptionist rest everything was very bad. Rooms were pathetic, ac not working, poor breakfast, moths and flies in room. You can hear others speak. No electric kettle given, towels were not clean. Would not recommend this to anyone at all.

Last option to stay in Barcelona”
Only location was an advantage. Rest is aweful. Shower was almost broken, water was spewing from all sides, very difficult to take a bath. I requested them to resolve it but they didn't do anything. Washroom was very small, having half tub. No mirror in the room to get ready. And most importantly, noises from the roof, adjacent rooms ket us awake till 3 am. Waste of money (180 Euros for 2 nights w/o breakfast)

The hotel is clean and good. However neighbouring room noise is too much. Literally you can hear everything. There needs to be some kind of policy of not keeping tv volume high or other guests being so load. Or no Tv as rooms are pretty small

Habitación pésima ”
La habitación olía mal, tenía mucho polvo ( encima del cabezal y en la tele), el mando lleno de polvo, en el techo habían manchas extrañas, luz pésima casi nada, un cable que salía de a saber dónde y la cortina tenía manchas negras. Además se escuchaba todo de las otras habitaciones, era todo de papel. Y el ascensor no era muy seguro. Precio muy caro para la calidad que ofrece.

Somos dos viajeros seniors que teníamos dudas sobre el alojamiento, pero hemos encontrado todo muy limpio y prolijo, el personal muy afable y dispuesto y la habitación y baño con todo lo necesario. Buena relación calidad precio. Hotel recomendable

Excelente ubicación”
El Hotel tiene una muy ubicación en la ciudad, tienes restaurants cercanos, estaciones de tren, la Sagrada Familia a unos pasos y muchas tiendas cercanas tambie´n. Referente a la atención, fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron todo el tiempo, los cuartos se encontraban limpios todo el tiempo y las camas cómodas. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
