Great ski in ski out location. It's for those looking for the quieter part of town. The place is kept clean and staff speaks pretty good English. The rental gear they have isn't the best but a good rental shop can be found just down the hill. Be prepared to drive to find restaurant options.

Perfect location but the little things need perfecting”
When room description is bathroom it can mean just toilet, no shower. Very squeezey rooms when travelling with large luggage. Staff are 100% professional. Baths are exceptional but not natural onsen. Breakfast is plentiful and of the highest quality. Dinner was OK. Pity the snow wasn't there.

Half board makes your life much easier in Hakuba”
The hotel is right next to the Tsugaike ski resort, very convenient for skiing though the season starts later than expected but hotel staff can arrange shuttle for u to take the shuttle bus to other ski resorts around the area, but walk to the shuttle station only takes 5-10mins. Staff are nice even I am not good at Japanese, they still try their best to explain to me. Room is cozy and comfortable. Free coffee 24/7; small but clean public bathroom and onsen. You can also reserve a private one for an amount of fee, not much though. If you choose half board which will ease your way of food hunting, and the quality is worth the price! They have different menus for my two nights stay. Highly recommend!!

夜は曇っていたので、星空ツアー断念と思っていたら、蛍を観賞しに行くということでマイクロバスで出発、たくさん光って綺麗だった。そのうち空も晴れてきて、星の良く見える場所まで移動して星空観賞。本来のツアーはＮＧでしたが、代わりにいろいろ楽しませてもらい嬉しかった

1. 飯店人員非常熱情，有任何問題都會非常熱心的幫忙解決。 2. 早餐樣式很多元，每天也會有變化。 3. 可以 ski-in/ ski-out，非常方便。 4. 飯店位置要走上很長的一段斜坡，如果有大型行李的人，建議先跟飯店預約接駁車。 5. 飯店內沒有電梯。
