Our hotel will carry out legal electrical inspections from midnight on Monday, February 5, 2024 until dawn on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.

The service was fantastic and the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was the highlight of the room, very large and welcoming. The view the rooms had was amazing, a beautiful look over of Osaka. The service was highly appreciated too! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

As tourists we would have appreciated a breakfast buffet style for early in the mornings, they had a perfect setting for it in the Night & Day restaurant, but could only offer set ( european) breakfasts at Malmaison for early risers. On the whole it was a lovely hotel with lovely staff but more aimed at the wedding and celebrations market

Beautiful large room with 2 beds, small lounge area, table and 2 chairs. Great view towards the Umeda area. Huge bathroom with separate shower and bath. Well stocked with toiletries and other items. Staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. Short walk to Jr rail and Metro stations. Lots of eateries around the hotel.

We found our way from ShinOsaka to the hotel via subway on the Midosuji Line and then got off at Nikatsu Station. Easy to find hotel and reception on 2nd floor. The Hotel Hanyu International was absolutely luxury for the price. Plenty of staff to greet you and make you feel very welcome and always exceptionally friendly but polite. We arrived early and couldn't check in until 2 pm which seems to be the normal at every Japanese hotel. No problems to leave bags and go sightseeing. On arrival back at the hotel we were escorted up to our luxurious room, shown how to connect to wifi, how to use TV, push button curtains and drapes etc. The extra pillows I requested at time of internet booking were waiting for us on arrival. Nothing was overlooked. The room on the 33 floor with a great view was spacious with two plush lounge chairs, desk and plenty of lighting and outlets to charge Ipad etc. Marble Bathroom is VERY big with both shower and bath with thick towels. The beds were comfortable (2doubles) however we found the pillows a bit too firm. Great surrounding area with 7/11 down nearby street, subway very close and easy to get around on the subway or JR line. We visited Osaka Castle which was OK. The castle and surrounding moat was impressive but the museum inside the castle wasn't as impressive. I would not hesitate to return to the Hotel Hankyu International as our stay was wonderful and a lovely hotel to return after a day of sightseeing. Loved this hotel.

Amazing high class hotel in central Osaka”
For the price that we paid, I was not expecting a luxury hotel. I felt like I was staying at a 4+ star hotel on a 3 star price. The hotel was fantastic and walking distance to Umeda and Osaka station. Perfect for side trips to Himeji, Kyoto and Nara. Food and shopping only steps away. So good to finish shopping and drop off bags at the hotel before going to dinner. Staff was excellent and surpass Japanese standards which are great to begin with. There was always someone waiting to press the elevator button for us. Small gesture but goes a long way. Also all rooms are on high floors so amazing and unobstructed view of Osaka. Room was very large compared to other Japanese hotels. TV was japanese channels only until i found out that video on demand was free including english movies. This is my new favourite hotel in Osaka and would definitely look forward to staying here again.

Hotel Hankyu International (not to be confused with sister property New Hankyu Hotel) is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. We have traveled extensively and this hotel is beautiful inside with VERY spacious rooms, especially for Japan. Marble and granite bathrooms with both tub and shower. Everything was immaculate and staff could not have been more helpful. They treat guests like royalty. The hotel has 4 restaurant choices and food was very good albeit a bit pricey (but not compared to other hotel foods). I would not hesitate to book this hotel. You will not be disappointed !!!

Room with very nice view”
The hotel was located close enough to walk from Umeda station. I followed the direction on the Hotel's website. The reception staff was very nice and the area was full with beautiful flower. I was traveling with my mother and the room was located on the high floor which has a view of river and bridges. The bed was big and the bathroom was very spacious. We didn't have breakfast there but used the basement restaurant area which was convenient. We were going to use a limousine bus to the airport and was told we were able to leave our bags to New Hankyu hotel which is close to the airport bus stop. The hotel rate was in a bit pricey side but it was worth the price and very nice.

Hotel Hankyu International has a good location, near Umeda, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel itself was lovely and the room was very comfortable for our family of 5 (including 1 baby). Service was prompt and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!
