Convenient location, great amenities”
I really like this hotel as the room is clean, with everything necessary provided. There's even free washing machine with detergent provided for guests, ironing etc. also many items for loan / rental. The location is convenient about 130m walk to Fukushima stn, which is 1 stop from Osaka/Umeda Stn. The only thing is the room is abit small haha. Could book a bigger one next time. Shower / toilet is also super good and relaxing. Highly recommended~

Hotel is conveniently located on the loop line with many eateries lined just outside the hotel. Despite this, the room was quiet. It may be small but is considered normal for the city. Love the twin bed and how it can be easily separated. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Overall, would stay again

Amazing hotel ”
We loved this hotel! The room is quite small with luggage but everything else is amazing. For the price, the hotel is perfect. Everything is new, the bed is very comfy and there are washing machines that are free to use. The location is soooo close to the train station and in a funky little neighbourhood with plenty of food/bars nearby

I love the bed at the Hanshin, one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The shower is great too. So convenient for the trains but ask for a room on a high floor and opposite the train lines if you are sensitive to sounds.

Wonderful staff”
The aircon and the tv mirroring didn’t work in my original room. The staff was nice enough to come to my room and try to fix it for me. When nothing seemed to work they changed my room. It was much more spacious, and the rainfall shower was amazing. Breakfast was great! I highly recommend it if you love traditional Japanese food.

The hotel is easy to find from fukushima sta, there oasis (supermarket) beside the hotel that you can find anything there, there seven eleven also. Thats great hotel and great price

Very tasteful decor. Modern with beautiful touches of traditional Japan. The bed is so comfortable. If sensitive to noise a high floor room is recommended (it’s near the train line).

Spotless and surprsingly convenient”
The staff are great, the rooms are beautiful and spotless. I thought it might be a bit inconveniently located but the location turned out to be superb -- easy walk to Umeda but also with a great local character.

Very convenient location and friendly staff”
The hotel is located just next to JR Fukushima station, all train stops at this station including the KIX rapid service(not to be confuse with HARUKA though), the area have lots of bars and restaurants as well, but close surprisingly early(1AM top). I stayed at 7th floor, but on the side close to the rail, that means my room do have rail noise, the sound isolation is done correctly and the noise volume is low enought for a ligth sleeper like me. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly but seems like they are still in training. Room is small as expected for Osaka, but very well designed to make use of space, cleaning is on point, and again, cleaning staff is very friendly and helpful.

We booked triple room and it is very spacious and beautiful, I like the room arrangement (tv, usb, bed, humidifier etc) and the separation between toilet. Location is also good, very near to subway.

Ridiculously tiny rooms.”
The rooms are v small. You have to put your suitcases under the bed. If u have a suitcase that opens like a book, there is no space for it. Between the foot of the bed and the wall there is only space for 1 person to stand. Hotel is located in back alley. Lots of eateries. Right next to the train track so it is quite noisy even on the 10th floor. I wont stay here again. Or pay more for a bigger room.

The hotel is typically new, rooms and facilities plus all the staff are all nice from the front desk to the house keeping staff. Location is very accessible as it is near Fukushima Stn part of the Osaka JR loop. All in all the staycation was a good experience staying in Hotel Hanshin Annex.

Fantastic family choice ”
The hotel is strategically located along the Osaka loop line. Fukushima station is walking distance to the hotel and the Osaka loop line is one of the main arteries of the JR West Line. The room is huge with lots of walking space. Room is clean and bright with all necessary amenities. This is one of the best hotels my family has stayed in and it’s definitely value for money. Will return if I’m visiting Osaka again.
