Close buses and trams, warm and friendly, best value room in the city for the budget concious traveller

Hotel Flandria is slightly outside the city centre but it is well connected. Made for a pleasant, warm and good vale stay.

Affordable

My stay at this hotel was very comforting. Everything was walking distance(metro, tram and bus). There was always someone willing to answer your questions. If you're looking for a place to stay alone I wouldn't recommend it. But if you're going with friends then this is the best value for your money!

Good value, ok location”

Price, room size, close to tram

Good value for money. Hotel was a bit far from center, but you could walk also tram and bus stops nearby. Wifi intermittent in room, but the size of room was large, and there was a mini fridge in the room. Also sink and table in the room which were nice. Bathroom reminiscent of a university dorm. We stayed over New Years, and this was one of the few places where price didn't double over the holiday.

Cheap, easy access to public transport ”

Easy access to public transport, helpful staff and 24hr check in.

24hr check in was ideal because we arrived late at night. They tried to charge us again but I confirmed I had already paid. Wifi was good but could only access it in the lobby and not in the rooms. Our room had a mouldy odor to it and was very unpleasant however the room itself was fine. The staff were very helpful at all times. Easy access to public transport with the bus only 2 Stops away from heroes square which is then central to hop on hop off bus tours (highly recommended). We got told the wrong time the restaurant closed and had to go to the convenient store to get our own food. There were a few minor issues but overall great value for money.
