Very good location but limited room size”
The location was very good as it took few mins walk from the train station. Convenient to visit the scenic spots by bus or tram. However, the size of the twin room is very limited. No more space left after we have opened our luggage. Limited staff at counter. Check-in took time... Most importantly, we stayed for 2 nights but no staff cleaned our room even we have put the cleaning card outside until we requested at the counter.

Best location, but not an options”
I like this place is in the mainstreet, close to public transports and all you needed while you’re staying in Budapest. But the staff is not nice at all, especially the door man. He is not helping even to open the door or even hold the door for the guests with luggage, he just stand still and waiting for not know what it is, and the other staff at the check in counter is also the same. The carpet inside the room is so dirty, i can feel the dust under my feet. Not recommended.

Convinience shopping hotel”
This is the hotel that convinience to reach if you take train from some European country and visit Vienna. The area is close to main shopping center. Need to remain yeaha..the main tourist attraction such as museum and cathedral is not located in shopping center but in old town / stephanplaz. Its almost to far to walk from hotel to tourist center. However you can take U train from West train station and aprroximately 4 stop.

Cheerful and good humoured reception”
The 2 men in reception were exceptionally responsive to our need for a doctor and late check out time. They were cheerful and full of good humour whenever we spoke to them so that we even looked forward to speaking to them. Would that all hotel receptionists behave with this straightforward "can do" attitude!

Average tourist hotel”
overall i was a bit disappointed. room was decently sized and well furnished but not as clean as i would have liked. bed sheets did not fit the bed. bathroom was small and cramped. location was ok - just ~1 block from train station and ~20 walk to center city. also, while we were there the hotel was completely overrun with large tour groups which at times made the lobby, elevators, etc almost un-navigable.

Walking distance from the main train station even with small luggage, which also subway station with two subway lines. One of the best best western hotel I have ever stayed .

Mixed feelings about this hotel”
If you want to be near the train and metro stations this is an ideal location plus it is walkable to city center. We did not find any restaurants/cafes close by that we cared to try.The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful, the concierge desk could use some customer relations skills but the real disappointment was housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights, each day leaving wet towels in the bath to be changed. 2nd day we noticed the towels were hung but damp, 3rd day some were hung damp and some still wet so realized they were not being changed. The beds were not changed or made properly and toilet paper, soap etc was never replenished. We did call housekeeping and they did bring fresh towels. The coffee cups we used were never replaced/cleaned.

A nice big hotel”
the room for singel occupation weree little to small. this hotel has two restaurant in-house. the breakfast were served at a biggest ballroom, and served about 200 or 300 guests. at the high floor in the building, ther was very quiet for a good night sleep.

Room and toilet are spacious and well litted, comes with fridge and water kettle but it was so rusty we decided not to use it. Reception lady was not friendly at all during checkin and when we requested for double bed, she asked her colleague to combine the 2 twin bed into one instead. Location closed to the keleti railway station. Overall still a good stay.

The hotel is not bad, but the service is terrible. From the moment you walk in you are treated as an intruder. No smiles, minimal eye contact, and be prepared to prove you're a guest whenever an employee crosses your path.

first time in budapest we booked this 4 star hotel and were dissapointed due to the rooms were not clean, noice from corridor and other guests rooms and the staff did not respond on complaints. the breakfast was poor as we dont eat cakes, white bread, french fries, spagetti and sausages for breakfast. for example we missed fresh juice and vegetables. the plates we empty as the staff did not fill them up. according to other visits on 4 star hotels in europe this is a 2 star hotel.
