Barely meets minimum reasonable standards”
The hotel looks and feels old. Most things work, and there are some positives like the restaurant, cleanliness, good A/C, no mosquitos, comfortable beds and stable wifi (though not stable enough for teleconference, and not secure). However, there are quite a lot of reasons why I wouldn't stay here again. The main one is the hot water: in my 7 day stay, the hot water was cold on 6 days, and slightly lukewarm on the 7th. Room facilities are minimal, with no hairdryer, safe or fridge. Tea and coffee weren't refilled in my room after the 2nd day. And many other issues besides.

basically nothing is negative about hotel kaisar, people there are friendly and helpful. room is neat, tidy and spacious for a couple. free wifi service will be a plus point, would also like to emphasize on the room service which is efficient with reasonable pricing. however, there's room for improvement for cafe that serving breakfast. perhaps to increase the sitting capacity and that make it perfect..

Room with good facilities”
Our superior room is very nice with a small balcony viewing the southeast part of Jakarta. We find the pair of chairs and the table in the room very useful, e.g. for eating. We also got a piece of welcome-cake. We thank Kaisar Hotel for a pleasant staying. Remark for Kaisar Hotel: although it is written clearly that it is forbidden to smoke in some parts of the hotel and in the lobby, we were very bothered by people who ignored that sign. We spoke to the receptionist about this, but he couldn't do anything about this. It would be perfect if the hotel can be more strict about their own rule of smoking.

i have 2 busy week at vendor office in pasar minggu area. after i heard that the closest hotel namely kaisar hotel, i choose to booked this hotel on agoda. for first time i saw kaisar hotel, i feel this hotel is look like a dirty old building. but when i come into my room, i think kaisar is clean enough. the hotel's price very competitive and i was stay more than 10 night at this hotel and i think i choode the right place. if you have some business in pasar minggu or kalibata area, you can add this hotel to your priority list.

great hotel without hastle”
this is my second stay in the hotel.. i like kaisar hotel because of the location. it is situated in the location where easy eccess to any place around the city and there is always a taxi at the hotel. The chicken hailam rice is a must if you want something different on the menu. Seven eleven just in the front of the hotel and also many nasi padang stall nearby.Great place to stay.

The rooms are large and clean and well isolated. You don't hear the busy Jakarta traffic in your room. Kaisar Hotel has quite an easy access to the Toll Highway to the Airport.

i came to kaisar regularly, it's very easy to reach and find this hotel. i've got my privacy during my stay inside. but the other side, it's quite long to wait when i was ordered some food or snacks and beverage for room service.

Good hotel but quite far from shopping centre”
Great welcome by the hotel staff. Good hotel condition. Nice place to stay with family. Good facility and feel comfort while staying at the hotel. Feel free to stay at this hotel again. Surely i will recommend this hotel to others for stay at this hotel if they want to visit Jakarta in the future.

i enjoyed my stay in hotel kaisar. the hotel is located not far from the smesco ukm building, where my venue was held. taxis are always available, & there's a 7/11 right in front of the hotel. basically, all my needs were covered. the staff were not the cheerful type, but very polite & helpful.

Pleasant hotel with great value for money”
Good hotel with strategic location at the center of South Jakarta. Very close to the Kalibata museum and Kalibata mall. Lot's of restaurants nearby and 7 Eleven just accross the hotel. Staffs are friendly and the room is cozy with a bathtub inside the bathroom. Great value for money, very reasonable price indeed.

I stayed in Hotel Kaisar for business purposes. My first impression is good, this is a big building and I hope for a spacious room and nice view from the window. And it really is, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub which is now become rare for a newly-built budget hotel. So, instead of choosing the minimalist budget hotel, you can choose this hotel. Really value for money

I usually stay here in Jakarta as the room is good value for the price. The first night the room faced the busy road and it was difficult to sleep but the next day the receptionist moved me to the other side which was much quieter. Good selection of food for breakfast

I choose to stay in Kaisar Hotel because it was nearby my meeting place in Jakarta. The room is quite good, clean and tidy. The price of the room is reasonable. I don't have any serious issue while I'm staying there. I don't mind stay there again in my next visit to Jakarta.

Decent value”
I had a good-sized room on one of the upper floors with a good view over the centre of Jakarta and was happy with the room and the service provided by the hotel. One downside is the traffic noise, although it's probably a problem anywhere in Jakarta. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment. There's a 7/11 across the road

Good value for money”
I spent a week there and enjoyed my stay - the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel even brought me an English newspaper each morning. The location is good if you know your way around on public transport, otherwise you can take a taxi although the traffic is a nightmare. The Agoda price represents good value for money considering the standard of hotel
