I was aliitle stressed whenever we need to go back to the hotel room. The room is nice & spacious but it smells extremely weird like something being decomposed😓 (salteed & fishy) Heard knocking noise non-stop above ceiling in the middle of the night when we were already on the top floor (7th floor) Lightings were very dimmed & dark even when you undraw the curtains. You need to open the windows the whole time to ventaliate & air the room. No matter how I washed the bathroom & toilet, it unable to eliminate the weird decomposed smell 😓 Outside corridors was very dimmed & dark too. Not recommended for kids if you have children. Staffs were very friendly & helpful.

However, this is walking distance to Dotonburi and you can access to 3 metro lines + JR line from underground, if you are road-savvy enough this is the place for you. The rooms are safe and clean, amenities are well-replenished and housekeeping kept room in tip-top condition. Loved that the room's aircon has both cool and heater function that is easy and fast to use.

To manage expectations, staff are not always in the reception area but you can call anytime. Also, they don’t clean the room everyday but they restock mineral water, collect trash and change towel everyday. Staff are nice. Location is right in front of station (exit 28) and hotel has air bath! So refreshing to dip in the hot pool after a long day or while waiting for the laundry. The hotel has also a laundromat (coin operated). Very convenient for the price! Very near also to Dotonburi. Would recommend Hotel Kanade 👍🏼

Hotel with excellent location”
Hotel Kanade is situated above Osaka-Namba station and it also link with few other rail lines. Getting to places of interests is pretty easy if you study the rail map well enough. Room is small but neat and tidy. However, daily room service seems dont include of making the bed. Room attendent just top up mineral waters, clear the waste bin and replace used towels. I have stayed for 7 days but my bed was never made at all. Room is facing the main road thus it's noisy at night with traffic below. Hotel entrance is just beside Exit 28 of Namba station, and there is alot of eateries and shops inside Namba station. Hotel is 5mins walk to Dontonbori which is a famous tourist spot. If i were to visit Osaka again, for convenient purpose, i will stay in Hotel Kanade again.

Stayed 1 night as it is very near to OCAT Kintetsu highway bus terminal. Room was dated but clean and spacious, my room had a very big bathroom with a full size tub and a Japanese style bath area. There was no place to hang or put your things in the bathroom but there are 2 hooks just outside the door facing the wash basin. Other then everything was ok.

Convenient Location with Onsen in the city”
The mass transit, shops and restaurants are all within minutes of walk. The onsets on the 6/F provide excellent relaxation after shopping for long hours. Isolated bathroom and toilet from our triple room enabled room-mate to use these facilities without waking up the others. The only problem is we can not get any view or daylight from the window of the room.
