good location, 10-min easy walk from Kyoto Station. New and modern. The frontdesk is unmanned but the console is not that smart that I couldn't find my booking. Eventually needed a staff to help. Facilities and amenities are good. Love the big bath room on the ground floor. free ice lollie daily. quality travelling supplies like toothbrush, hair wax, coffee...etc. Modern design. Room size ok.

I will most definitely return if I come to visit Kyoto. This hotel provides contactless check-in, as well as a smart check-in and check-out system with language selection at the front desk. Saved a lot of time and effort, and payment can be done with the same machine. Nothing to complain about in terms of facilities; they have everything you can think of. I like the idea of taking the toiletries required in the lobby. It has the potential to reduce waste. The best part is the free flow of ice cream near the onsen at night. I'd never experienced lining up in an onsen before. And the three washing machines are insufficient to accommodate the hotel's large number of guests. Lastly, Kyoto Station is within walking distance of the hotel.

Saved so much time and hassle and even payment can be done with the same machine. The facilities also nothing can complaint about, everything u can think of, they have it. I like the idea of you take the toiletries needed at the lobby. It can reduce wastage. Best of all is free flow of ice cream at night near the onsen. The only down side of the hotel is crowd. It’s too crowded, I had never experienced lining up in the onsen itself. And the 3 washing machines are too little to accommodate so many travellers in the hotel.

Triple, 3 adults, used for 1 night during Golden Week. Near Kujo Station, convenient for bus use. JR Kyoto Station is also within walking distance. Card keys are provided for each person. The room has a separate bath and toilet. There are outlets and USB ports for charging. There is a large public bath and ample amenities. The staff's response was simple and good. It was very good for me! I didn't have breakfast, so I'm not sure.

All is excelent. There are bus stop In front of the hotel. Near tokyo station and subway station. Many restorant. Spacious for family room. Got onsen at 1st floor. While you tired from strolling kyoto then you can relax at onsen. So good. Free drink.

7 min walk to kyoto Station. Public onsen is included for free. Onsen is clean and has dyson hair dryer. There was an amenities corner where you could help yourself with the toothbrush, face wash etc. They also provided included free drinks and Popsicles

Great Stay Near Kyoto Station”
Very nice spacious hotel within walking distance to Kyoto Station. Rooms were excellent size and the onsen bath was lovely at the end of full day of traveling and exploring. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good value hotel close to transportation.

Maybe its winter but really value for money”
This hotel is a bit far but within walking distance to the Kyoto train station, so it's convenient if you do not mind the short walk. We had a triple room, and it is very spacious in terms of Japanese standards. There is a public bath in the hotel, and comics manga lounge with free dinks all day.

Hi. I stayed here for 2 nights and totally loved my short vacay at this hotel. The location was about 10 mins walk to Kyoto station, bus stop about 4 mins walk, and there were a few little nice bars, restaurants (but not too much) and a convenient store in walking distance away. It was quite a quiet area, so if you appreciate something less busy this could be for you. The staffs were well mannered and helpful, spoke good English, while for some it was communicable. The rooms were spacious, I came with 2 other family members so we got an extra bed. It was clean and very comfy. Great beds! The best part was definitely the public baths, and the common space with free drinks vending machine. The hotel had free things for all customers to use in mini sachets such as skincare, shoes, toiletries, hairbands and more. It was so nice of them! The brand of skincare they provided was from DHC which is a famous brand in Japan. I thought it was very thoughtful and loved this extra service they offered. I would love to come back here again, maybe try out the other hotels. in the same chain too.

Good spacious room even though there were 3 of us. No water is given but can boil water for use. Good facilities with free drinks and ice cream at the lobby. Do find better car park options as we paid 400 Yen instead of what they recommended. About 4 mins away by walking you can find restaurants and Seven Eleven.

Although it may be difficult for those with heavy luggage to walk from the station, the hotel itself is very good. The common facilities are great, with ice cream and vending machines available, as well as a communal bath if you want to soak in hot water, and amenities in the room. The service staff is good.

The hotel was very clean. Rooms were spacious for a Japanese hotel and there were nice touches such as free soft drink, icy poles and a great range of amenities. We enjoyed the public bath. A few more washing machines would be helpful. It’s a 5 min walk from Kyoto station, which doesn’t sound like much, but can be if you have luggage or have been walking all day already.
