Keihan hotel is a neat and clean hotel and it’s service was nice. I had a problem with uber eats delivery but the lobby staff ‘Mone’ helped me to solve the problem. I’ll visit Keihan hotel again if I visit Sapporo again.

Hints & Tips - The English information guides in the room on the desk are extremely helpful. Lots of included goodies downstairs and in the room. Eco Wash magnet can be stuck on the front door. Onsen is newly renovated, new, modern and clean.

Good location very near Sapporo station ”
There’s a connection bridge short cut to hotel from Sapporo Station very convenient for travellers to go out of Sapporo and return. Except for train noise I requested room facing opposite side thus no loud train pass by and enjoy my stay. TQ

Absolutely great ammenities & facilities all around the area. Let my teenagers (16yrs & 19yrs) shop around the area themselves till Aeon kyoto & they felt safe & great to be able to have their own - ME time doing shopping for their friends & taking pics all over. Locals around are helpful & friendly.

Nice hotel near JR Sapporo station”
The hotel is near JR Sapporo station, about 5 min walk. It is easier to walk through Daimaru. Family mart is just at the corner. The room is clean. The staff was very welcome. I stayed here 2 nights then would come back on the other night, they was willing to keep my luggage. Wifi was Ok. Onsen was small but convenient. They had Dyson hair dryer at the onsen!

Booked a discounted rate room and was given a smoking room. Staff is kind to send a machine to purify the room (the walkway still smell of smoke thou). Small space between the bed and table to walk The aircon in the room only emit heat so need to open window a little bit during winter.

Short distance from Sapporo station next to Yodobashi Camera. Helpful staff helped us make booking with Sapporo Beer Museum. Good base to access trains to Sapporo Teine ski area while staying in downtown Sapporo.

Room was small for family. Hardly space to move. Amenities could be better. Breakfast wasn't able to comment as we eat out. Gave us smoking room when we had put up for non smoking room request. Only plus was point indoor onsen and laundry facilities.

A new and cozy hotel in the heart of Sapporo with easy access to trains and dining options, the Hotel Keihan Sapporo was the perfect choice for our first trip to Sapporo. A few minutes' walk away from the station, we were welcomed by the pleasant hotel staff and the delightfully clean and adequately-sized room with a spacious double bed. It was the best priced room we stayed at in all of Japan on our two visits.

Located just 5 mins walk from Sapporo Station (Daimaru exit) and 2 mins walk to Hokkaido University, Hotel Keihan Sapporo may be easy to miss for first timers but is a very conveniently located hotel for visitors who wish to stay near the train station. Checking in and out is fast and reception can help to keep the luggage before check in. There are also convenient stores nearby.

Convenient Location”
Stayed here for Sapporo Snow Festival. Very close to station (you get off here from taking JR Express train from New Chitose airport.) The hotel is in the middle of a street, kind of like a back alley so look out for the dark blue sign (though in Japanese). Our room was small! But cosy. Ditto for bathroom, has deep tub. We got high floor so no sounds of trains. Clean all around. Breakfast was good. Can't beat location! 2 min walk to Yodobashi, huge store of everything. Walk to restaurants/cafes/stores in Paseo, JR Tower, Stella Place, APIA, Odori station etc. Go to Precious Moments cafe, hot milk tea & milky matcha so good! When it snows heavily, believe me you want convenience!! Thanks Hotel Keihan :D

Good location ”
This is my second time staying at Hotel Keihan Sapporo and I'm sure I'll be back again. I love the location and the courteous staff. I use the onsen twice a day for both nights there, it is quite crowded even at odd hours (6.30 am and 11pm) and there is only one indoor bath but it is good enough for a quick soak. Laundry and dryer facilities is free of charge here.
