Kamar hotel ini berdebu,karpet lantai kotor dan kusam, staf tidak ramah, interiornya tidak terawat, ranjang nya usang, kasurnya juga tidak nyaman dan usang, kami sekeluarga bersin² semalaman dan kena infeksi tenggorokan. Foto hotel berbeda dengan realnya. Kami kecewa. Hanya lokasi saja yang strategis, lainnya zonk. Oh iya sprei dan selimut terkesan tidak terawat secara baik. Terima kasih.

Saat masuk ke room dikamar mandi sudah di sambut dengan Kecoa. Pintu di balkon gak bisa dibuka jadi gak bisa ngerokok. Pesan yg single bed dikasihnya yg double bed. AC gak dingin. Kondisi tidqk terawat. Staft hotel cuek gak ramah.
