白馬岳登山の前泊に泊まらせて頂きました。”
Agodaで破格の値段だったので、友人と白馬岳登山の前日の宿として泊まらせていただきました。とても手入れの行き届いたクラシカルな建物で、シックな内装に山に行く恰好こ私達はちょっと浮いてましたが、快く対応してくれて、ゆっくり休んで翌日楽しく登山できました。もしまたこの値段で泊まれるなら、また白馬岳に登る時是非使わせていただきます。

私の知る限り、東館と共に白馬八方で唯一の5つ星ホテル。ロケーション、部屋・館内の清潔さや調度品、料理も、接客・サービスも期待通り。料金は高いが、それ以上であった。不満があるとすれば、①空調（暖房）の音がうるさい、②地階の乾燥室は確かに乾くが、朝一番は凍った様に冷たい。③『冬季は導入路凍結の恐れあり、車で来る際にはチェーンの用意を。または、向かいにある東館の駐車場利用を勧める』等の注意書きは欲しかった。3階建でエレベーターが無い事も、高齢者には重要。大きな荷物を自分で出し入れするスキーでは大きなポイント。ただ、それらも含め当ホテルと八方尾根の魅力なのかも知れない。

朝食、冷めたパン、ソーセージ最低です。 チェックインもお客をわざわざ移動させてサービス良くないです。 東館だけ暖炉、暖房付けていて本館は放置 食事も少ないです。
