Friendly Hotel, nice place to be”
Nice and clean hotel room. The breakfast is great. Near to the city (by tram or car). Some guest are very noisy. The smoke from the smokers outside the hotel (from guests in front of the hotel) came trought the windows in the room.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Central location, parking places near by. But loud guests (groups) in the stairs and the restaurant. But it is not the opion of the hotel / staff. We come back.

A Pleasant Stay”
Room is well cleaned, place is so quiet even though its in the middle of a busy road. Everything went on smoothly from check in to check out. Over all, we will definitely recommend it to others.

A luxury budget hotel 😊”
A very large room with a large bathroom for a budget price. All facilities are available except a fridge. The price was "fully paid" according to the confirmation mail by Agoda. Nonetheless, a city tax of one euro per day was required by the receptionist at the check-out without any receipt to have been paid. The confirmation email by Agoda is in Bulgarian, so it is meaningless to display it quoting "fully paid" for it is also in Bulgarian and thus understandable for a German receptionist. Dear Agoda, I have demanded already a few times for all confirmation emails to me to be in English rather than in Bulgarian for they cannot serve for any claim to any hotel outside of Bulgaria being in Bulgarian. I do not use hotels in Bulgaria at all.

Okay for a night, but below expectations”
The location of the hotel is good, calm, safe. It is only 2 min to tram stop, 4 stops to the city center, REWE supermarket on site. It is a standard basic hotel with the expected amenities. The room could be cleaner (there were spiders in the bathroom, stains on the curtains) The room was located just next to an elevator and the walls are too thin and not soundproof, so the elevator mechanism was noticeable 24h a day as well as the guests passing by, which was bothering. I have stayed in many better 3-star hotels in this price range. In contrast with all of the mentioned above, the breakfast was very good and satisfying.

Das Personal gibt sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe - gerade in der Covid-Zeit bewunderswert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Das Hotel ist nahe der Strassenbahn. Parkplätze sind umliegend. Das Frühstück ist traumhaft.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ”
Positiv zu erwähnen ist das gute Frühstück. Leider ist die zeitliche Absprache nur bedingt umgesetzt worden. Rechnungsbegleichung dauerte unerwartet lange (über 30 Minuten) für 5 Personen. Ansonsten zweckmäßig eingerichtetes und sauberes Hotel, freundliches Personal und gute Lage.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, aber im Hochsommer nicht zu empfehlen, da es weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator gibt. Zudem hört man den Straßenlärm nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster.
