I love this hotel, my room was at the 13th floor overlooking the city and the beautiful Nakajima Park. Best to end my vacation in Hokkaido.

Across Nakajima Park”
+ The location is across Nakajima Park. The park was covered with thick snow if you were looking for playing snow right in the middle of city. + The staffs were very friendly. + The room was clean. + Nearby Nakajima Park Station Exit 1 (with elevator) - The room was too warm and no air conditioner to make it cooler, so we needed to open the window (even it was winter). - The pavement around the hotel was narrow and covered with snow, so it was quite difficult to carry large and heavy suitcases (but you can go through Sapporo Park Hotel from Exit 1 to cut the snow-covered pavement). - There was no minimarket/restaurant/shopping place besides the hotel. The closest minimarket was about 100 meters. - Breakfast was so so, not too many food & beverage choices for its price.

Perfectly Clean”
We stayed in Lifort for 3 nights with 2 of my friends. Room was perfectly clean, great view of the Nakajima Park and near Nakajima station. A bit far from from downtown Sapporo (10-15 walk) but that's fine for us coz we prefer more quiet and serene.

Highly recommended! ”
My sister and I stayed in a small double non-smoking room. The room and bathroom were clean, bed was super comfortable and also had the best view of Nakajima Park (a bonus). The staff also let us left our broken suitcase at the hotel and helped book a taxi for us. The closest station to the hotel is Nakajima-Koen. Best to take exit no.3 as that is the closest exit to the hotel (only about 3 mins walk through Nakajima Park). there is also a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Walking distance to train station”
Lifort is very near to the train station and to the Nakajima Park which is awesome looking in winter. There is also a convenience store around the corner.

Stayed in February”
It’s 5-10 mins walk from Nakajimakoen Subway Station, during winter there are a lot of snow along the way to the hotel so it’s kinda hard to drag your suitcase. Very clean room, they give room freshener spray in case there are any smell in the room. They also have humidifier inside the room.

Amazing view”
Hotel located right in front of the Nakajima Park and very close to subway exit no 3. The room itself quite spacious than i expected especially for the size of hotel room in Japan. I really enjoyed our stays there.

Location is excellent, walking distance to the busiest area.”
Really close to the busiest street in Sapporo, also located right opposite a nice park, phenomenal view in winter morning. Room, elevator, TV, bathroom etc are all quite the 2000ish, not the latest and greatest. Stay here for the value, excellent location and view, other aspect are fair standard not that great.

I visit nakajima park second times as the hotel place. The hotel was quiet and clean. Much more it was so beautiful for nakajima park. When you are with child, your choice of this hotel would be better.

Very poor value for money”
This hotel was extremely expensive but provided mid-range quality at 5-star price. The room was very small, the staff perfunctory and the hotel didn't really have any facilities to speak of. I travel a lot and rarely give a bad review but I wouldn't particularly recommend this hotel.
