Fantastic stay ”

We had a wonderful stay, it couldn’t have been any better. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are big and very clean. The staff is extremely professional, very nice and helpful. The food is unbelievably good, we tried Le Bouchon and the main restaurant for dinners, both were delicious. We had the pleasure to talk to the chef Xavier Lahuerta who is passionate about Spanish gastronomy and local products. An honorable mention to the breakfast where the homemade breads, pastries and jams are delicious. Food wise, it is probably the best address where I have been to.

Boutique hotel with great location”

We stayed here 2 days and the hotel was excellent. Comfortable bed with great quality linens. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Bar and restaurant were fully stocked and satisfying. Traditional food and deserts. Close to all sites and major shopping areas. This hotel was very clean and accommodating. A must see.

A Wonderful Stay at the Mercer Barcelona ”

What an exquisite 2 days! The hotel us perfectly situated in the Gothic Quarter so you can walk anywhere. The staff was fabulous- especially Sergio who helped me way before we arrived! The reception staff (I wish I could remember their names) and the young lady who oversaw Guest Relations,, Maria, was fantastic!!! What a wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel!!!

Hotel Mercer is a gem! Location is perfect and in the heart of everything! But what really makes this hotel above the rest is the staff!!!! They’re wonderful. I’ve traveled frequently and their service is above and beyond what’s expected. Definitely recommend the Hotel Mercer!

All the staff were VERY friendly and helpful, Simone at the restaurant made us feel we were visiting family in BCN - Thank you! One thing that really stood out at Mercer were exquisite fabrics everywhere: sheets and pillow cases, towels, bathrobes, table cloths and napkins - snow-white soft linen, pure luxury!

Amazing property ”

This property has incredible staff and situated in a historical landmark. It's an incredible space in a very central location. I recommend to arrive during the day since it can be very challenging to find for taxis given it's in one of the small/narrow streets.
