Easy walk to the tourist sites. It was hard to find. All good including the food. We would come back - gladly.

A very bad experience”
We booked a superior room and were given a smelly old room on the first floor. The bed was covered by a plastic sheet (like in a hospital). There was a strange metallic noise that started around 11pm and went on through the night.

Completely disorganized and inefficient”
Terrible. I arrived with a confirmation and they couldn't,t locate it. There were four women behind the reception desk all working on the same issue and it was like a comedy routine of inefficiency. Not good vibes. I felt relief to get out and find a real hotel. The lobby was completely disorganized with a groupie demanding guests ignoring anyone else...really fundamentally incompetent.

Clean and modern, but overpriced”
the superior room was ok, but nothing in a particular. location is nice for the view, but doesn't feel very central even though a short walk to the main square is not a problem. extra toiletries and bath-robes & slippers (for the spa) were missing. minibar poorly equipped. room service was scarce and food was not very good quality or interesting for what you would expect. if price was the half, this would have been a great deal, but we were not satisfied with the facilities. breakfast was only mediocre. service was overall pleasant and nice.

Pleasant stay, great staff”
We had a very pleasant stay. When we left, we forgot some clothing in the room and emailed them the next day. The staff sent it to us and we received it the next day. Great service!

A cosy hotel”
The hotel is located in the mid-level of Pecs where you could enjoy a mountain view. The room is spacisous with a balcony and a bathtub. Everything is clean, neat and new. The hotel offers nice breakfast. The staff are polite and helpful.
