I booked 3 person room, hotel provided me the room in old building was not good due to the air-conditioning is not enough. After I talked to the hotel staff, they change us to the new building and gave us two connected rooms. I was feeling goods in their service attitude.

GREAT LOCATION and CONVENIENCE”
We stay there for 5 nights with twin bed, room size is not so big but just fit. Hotel locations is GREAT, port is in front and the bus terminals is at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is good also, especially the beef rice and noodles. The big shower room and the herb pool at the ground floor made us very relax. Staffs are friendly and resolve most of our problem. E.g : Make reservations at restaurant and reserve a jumbo taxi for us.

This is a excellent hotel in the city center , it’s is next to great restaurants and facilities . The breakfast is and the restaurant in front of the new building serves great lunch. If you are looking for a place In the city this is definitely the best.

It is a minute's walk from the ferry terminal. The room is quite clean and the service is friendly. Two Chinese staff work in this hotel. They help me overcome some communication problems.

Terrible Room and Service, Good Location”
For the price I paid I expected way better service from their staff. Is it really okay to have 0 out of 10 decent English speaking receptionists? Upon arrival I was told that I booked a twin room when I actually asked for a double room. I showed them my booking confirmation but they insisted they did not have any other rooms available. When I finally checked into my room, I realised that the air conditioning was not working. However, back at the reception, everyone insisted there is AC in all their rooms and didn't offer much help. I had to insist they send a staff to my room. At this point they all looked really pissed, as though I was an idiot from another universe who didn't know how to turn on the AC. It took almost 45m for me to change to a proper room. While the location is good, their amenities (pool) closes at 4pm. This is by far the most expensive yet disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. This is beyond Japanese standards.

Water keeping coming down from air conditioner. The blanket has lots of stain on it and looks like dried blood. I gave up using the blanket to sleep. Room is old and i dont understand why this hotel has high rating in Agoda. The staff at front desk told me that breakfast is included when i checked in but when i confirmed again at night, another staff said no breakfast is included. I definitely won't recommend my friends to stay here. The price for staying 1 night here should be USD 70 but not USD 180

Not recommend to book west wing, room 3306 toilet was full of mosquitos, our arms and legs had been beaten by the mosquitos. Also, main building actually is located at west wing, even though it doesnot mention west wing.

The hotel is opposite the ferry terminal and airport bus stop, close to everything. Staff are very helpful even they do not speak much English. Facilities are great, free coffee lounge, publish bath, awesome restaurants. They even serve sashimi for breakfast.

場所がとにかくよい。 離島ターミナル前だし、繁華街にも近い。 大きなホテル独特の、サービスも良い。 コインランドリーもあり、洗濯もできる。 フロント前に旅行会社があり、観光に便利。 隣にバスターミナルがあるのも便利。 タクシーもよくとまる。 レンタカー屋さんも近い。

飛行機場から、また離島へ行くなら、旅は用途に応じてアクセスが大事！ 古いホテルだけれど、サービスもよく、大きくはないけど、大浴場があるのはポイントが高い。周りに食事をするところもある、便利のいいところ。

離島ターミナル 周辺のホテルでは一番のホテルで 料金もリーズナブルでした。 バスとトイレが一緒のユニットバスなのは残念ですがまあ 仕方ないです。 プールの営業時間が午後5時までなので夕食後に 泳ぐことができません。 後は申し分ないです。
