10-15 min walk to/from Osaka Station or 5 min walk to/from JR Kitashinchi Station, this hotel has a good location. Use exit 11-43 or if with luggage use exit 11-41. There are a number of restaurants around the area, not to mention the convenient store adjacent the hotel. There’s also a pharmacy in front. The room is of decent size compared to other hotels in Japan. It is very clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers onsen on the third floor.

My family is traveling in a group of 9. In Japan, most hotels are very strict to maintain check-in time at 3pm. The manager Ms Tomoko, upon seeing my mom is on wheelchair and plus we have young children with us, has kindly allow us to do an early check-in at 1.30pm. Also, she & her team have helped us to book a dining slot in a wonderful Yakiniku restaurant, which as non-Japanese, we would not have been able to locate such a place. Thank you Mis Tomoko & team, for making our stay in your hotel such a wonderful one.

Room is clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast has both traditional Japanese cum western dishes. It also has a bath on 3rd floor. Location is quite good, near JR Osaka Station, exit from central south gate to walk to hotel. We had a lovely stay there.

Location was excellent! Subway entrance right outside the hotel and an easy walk to Osaka Station. Lots of places to eat in the streets by the hotel. Two convenience stores on either side of hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Stunning view too. We were the 13th floor. Onsen bath was a great plus. Would def come back.

Besides the excellent location just stone throw away from Osaka main station and plenty of food, I like the comfy bed so much! And the bath house is so clean 👍👍👍

I like the room. Staff were nice but they couldn't speak English well as normal Japanese are.. take some time to require some special service. Others were fine. It takes around 15 mins to get to JR station. if you have heavy or a lot of baggage, do prepare yourself because it'll use l lot of power to get there...

Good choice for triple room.”
Room were spacious to accommodate 3 single bed. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Connected by underpass (convenient during raining and cold weather). Once you exit Osaka station, look out for Daimaru. Walk pass Daimaru and walk towards Kitashinchi Station. Basically a long straight walk (roughly 10mins). Walk till the end and exit via 11-43.

Would stay again”
I wasn't able to find the entrance of the hotel at first as it's not eye catchy so I walked past it 3 times, but there's a drug store like right downstairs of the hotel so it's super convenient if you're buying medicine and cosmetic products so you don't need to carry them a long way back to hotel. There's a convenient store just around the corner so it's handy as well. The twin room I stayed in was larger than other hotels I've stayed in Japan and I love that they have more lightings than most Japanese hotels so the room is bright enough and not dim at all. The hot bath wasn't large but nice, and their buffet breakfast was great. Overall I'm really satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.

Convient Location and connected via the underground mall in Umeda”
We had a two night stay at the hotel, staff was really helpful and provided us with guide on nearby places. It took us about 12min walk to get to hotel from Osaka station via the under groud mall. A lot of restaurants to try nearby and close to shopping district in Umeda.

Pros : room was of good size as compared to Tokyo; room was cleaned daily; comfy beds & pillows; Wifi access; breakfast spread is good; service staff can communicate in English; walking distance of about 10mins to Osaka station and shopping and F&B Cons: lobby at second floor; hence lift stops at second floor each time before proceeding to the level pressed (inevitable in a way)

We booked connecting room for family of 4, including my son and my mum. You have your own space which allow my mum sleep early, not disturbing by kid. Location is good and carpark security staff are helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Sure will book again!
