This was a great room for a family of four for one night. Located in a quieter business district, but still had lots of restaurant walking distance. The room had four beds and had all the amenities you would need. Fast easy checkin and pleasant staff

Hotel location is within the quiet area of downtown, but relatively near Dotonburi area. There are a number of good restos around the block. Rooms are comfortable and are kept clean all the time.

What we loved about it: - room: very spacious, has basic amenities like hot water, fridge, a set of pajamas, soap, shampoo, etc. Three people can use the bathroom simultaneously, as the shower/bath, sink, and toilet were separated from each other. - service: daily cleaning was available. They changed our towels everyday. check in/out was a breeze, luggage storage for after you check out. - access to shopping: a good walking distance to shinsaibashi shopping district, although we went in Winter so the 1km++ walk was comfortable. In the summer, just take the subway to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori (1 & 2 stations away, respectively). - access to subway: near two major lines, Midosuji line and Sakaisuji line. Both stations are like 3 blocks away from the hotel. From airport, just take nankai express then switch to Tengachaya to sakaisuji. Midosuji is accessible to dotonbori and Osaka-Umeda stations, which links you to major JR stations to Kyoto and Kobe. Also near Chuo line which you can use to go to Osaka Castle and Nara (transfer to Kintetsu). - access to convenience stores: there's a grocery 3 blocks away towards sakaisuji hommachi, also a family mart a block away after the Met Life building. What can be improved? - elevator stops at 2f everytime because the lobby is located there. Can be a drag but not a big deal.

The hotel has perfect location in Osaka, very near to shopping district and great neighbourhood. You can safely walk around the area and near to stations (i.e Honmachi station) and station away from Shinsaibashi. The staff can actually speak English, which Japan should crucially consider, since the country is a great tourist destination. The room is enough, and well presentable. Would definitely choose Hotel Mystays again.

The hotel was really convenient and cozy. Crew respected me really well, room was clean and quiet. Location was great too. There are two subway stations nearby. Dotonbory, Osaka castle, Sky tower and most of those popular places around osaka was so easy to go. Additionally there is a street in two blocks away which full of stores and small restaurants. I was able to visit real japanese restaurant which those businessmans use. I really recommend this hotel to you!

We traveled in a family of 4, one in a wheelchair. The location is peaceful and quiet, not much going on around since it is in a business area. However, it is a close taxi drive away from Osaka castle. We booked a room for four people, and everybody got individual beds which was very nice (not having to share a bed with another person). There was enough room for wheelchair to ambulate once the little dining chairs were rearranged to different side of the room.

Room were clean and wifi took almost 30 minutes to connect, but no issue once connected. ”
Hotel and rooms are so new and clean, we booked the room with four beds for 2 adults and two kids age 8 and 11, which work out great toward the end of our 2 weeks vacation in HKG and Kyoto.

Excellent services! Hotel room is new, tidy and clean. Room size is small but reasonable. Location is in commercial area, so there is not much restaurants and shops around. A bit distance (5 min by walk) from hotel to metro too.

Very clean and location is near shopping district. Approximately 5 minutes walk to metro station. Great hospitality too! There is instant chat feature on website which I can easily reach out to hotel staff at anytime. I had requested to leave my luggage at the hotel for a night before I check in as I had to travel to another place for a night stay. Hotel staff quickly checked for me and advised there is no issue with my request. Will choose to stay in this hotel again in future.

the hotel is clean and nice. room size is normal japanese room. we are a group of 12 and we have lots of stuff and the staff really helpful with our things. we really appreciate that. my suggestion is that the hotel can offer a luagage delivery service because the distant to the nearest Metro station is quite a walk. the delivery service can be a helpful thing. although we find out there is a delivery office just nearby. after we walk around. I did ask the hotel staff but wasnt given any information regarding the delivery office. so that is a down point. but overall this is a good hotel, value for money and definitely clean dan very tidy.
