My Overall Review”
The room was rundown and in need of refurbishment. Onsen very expectations are reasonable. Breakfast for buffet and western restaurant is topnotch especially western restaurant views are very vibe. But the staff from reception were very hard-to-understand English bit kind of rude when asking about lost stuff, booking a taxi or other questions. Overall depends if I come back to stay at this hotel if these that I mentioned improving.

I saw a man enter ladys' hot spring area yestetday @@ and ask a lady who was just in public area enter the ladys' hot spring area to grap him out immeiately. There was no hotel staff in hot spring area to make sure no one enter wrong area.....that' means anyone can enter ladys' area if you want@@ Beside this problem,everything was good. Big room/nice restauran/nice hot spring area/close to MRT

The location is good, staffs are friendly and accommodating. There’s not much variety for breakfast, the overall cleanliness is so so only. Even though the housekeeper has cleaned the room up, but there’s still dirty cups (hotel cups) that was not cleaned up. The room is a bit rundown though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mystays Premier Sapporo Park. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were firm but comfortable. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing!!! The location is convenient and close to a subway station. A great hotel, I would definitely stay there again if we visit Sapporo in the future.

Recommend to all types of traveler who is planning to visit Sapporo. Superb location to major visiting places in Sapporo, like Odori Koen, Tanukikoji shopping street and Ssusukino. The hotel is located one block from the subway Nakajima Koen station. Only three stations to JR Sapporo station and two stations to Odori Koen and one station away to Susukino. Very clean and cozy room and great room cleaning service. You must give this hotel a try and enjoy beautiful time in Sapporo.

I enjoyed staying in Art Hotels Sapporo! It's near to subway and, within 20 steps, there is a 7-11, making life easier, especially at night for supper & snacks! The staff are friendly and approachable! The room is just nice to fit 3 of us! Even though our room has a bathroom, we could hardly use it, because we went to onsen everyday! Ha! It's really value for money! If I were there, I m sure I would stay in Art Hotels Sapporo again!!

Perfect Hotel for relaxztion”
I stayed for Sapporo snow festival 2014 for 3 night. I also impressive with this hotel. Room size is not too small, full facilities, SPA and Ofuro so relaxation and also message. If you don't want to go outside to face snow strom you can enjoy relaxation in this hotel. Location is good close to subway and can walk to other subway zone easily cuz there are not far from station to station. you can walk so easy.

The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean.The restaurant provides Muslim food and it is very convenient especially when we have gone for long winter walks and sightseeing.We did not need to look for food elsewhere.Staff at the checking in was very pleasant and polite.The hotel is about 8 minute drive frm Sapporo Terminal.The cab fare to the hotel frm the station is reasonable.Our stay has been a pleasant one.

This hotel with good onsen facilities is just 3 minutes away from subway. Their reception is very helpful and give us a good guide to take taxi to Sapporo Station and connect to the JR airport express as our flight is 9am in the morning. The public bath is spacious. However they only have indoor onsen. But their staffs are very friendly. The hotel also walking distance to Susukino and Shinei Ji

Stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful despite their difficulty to converse in english language. The onsen they have is really good for relaxing especially after a day of exploring the frozen city of Sapporo and nearby cities/town. Hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel location is close to the Nakajima Koen subway station, only 3-4 mintues walk. The spa area is not that big but it's quite new. So is the room. Will definitely come back when we visit Sapporo next time.

Plus points - Easy to find. Just 2 mins walk from Nakajima Koen subway station (hotel entrance from carpark) Nearby Nakajima Koen garden worth a stroll. Hotel has a nice onsen bath. Breakfast spread is reasonably good. Negative points - Nothing much to sightsee around the area except for the garden. Hotel does not have a free shuttle. Odori station is 1 subway stop away but it cost 200 yen per ride, and to go to Sapporo station will cost another 200 yen. Better to stay around Sapporo station to save cost.

This hotel is one of the drop off points of the ski bus from Niseko. V convenient. Price is good. Hotel is clean & room is big. Staff are nice although one of them gave me a wrong airport bus stop location. Free onsen provided. 15-min walk to the shopping street. Few minutes walk to subway. A shuttle bus stop heading to the airport is situated opposite to the hotel but the latest one departs around 1120 hrs daily. After that, a 20-min walk to the other bus stop on main street.
