Of course this is a business hotel, so you won't find anything fancy here, but it was perfectly pleasant. Quiet location beside Nakajima park and a short walk from the subway. Not much to do in the immediate area (which was fine by me), but there is a cute coffee shop a couple blocks away that I really enjoyed.

Located in the quiet side of town, very close to beautiful Nakajima Park. Only 5 min walk to subway. Amenities provided were top-notch! I love that they provide a small common kitchen/dining area where we can use microwave to warm our food. Real great value for money!

This Hotel is above average in terms of room cleanliness and services. However, their price is a little bit high compared to their contemporary class of hotel and considering that their location is not that really near from a Train Station. It will require you a good 7 - 10 minutes of walk to the nearest Train Station.

Good location near to Nakajima Park and subway station. Rooms have fridge and microwave. Wifi is a decent speed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only one negative is the breakfast. Not much choice and it finishes at 9am. Apart from that I would rate this hotel; as excellent value for money. I would certainly stay there again.

Clean and nice hotel”
The room is quite clean. The hotel is located in a residential area. It's just 1 station away from susukino or you can just walk for 15 minutes to the shopping area. Please take note of the height limitation of the car you drive because the hotel has an automated car park so only smaller cars can use the car park. If not, the hourly car parks around the area can be quite expensive and very inconvenient.

strongly NOT recommended during winter despite the price”
Despite the competitive price, I strongly DO NOT recommend during winter as it was HELL. The location was a little further from the subway station, which justified its price. However, during winter, it was ice, snow, and SLUSH all over the place to access the hotel, the road has so much sand that it was extremely slippery to walk on, on top of it, the snow is SO THICK that dragging your luggage to and fro will require TREMENDOUS effort more so when your baggage is heavy. The only plus for location is it is across the nakajima park for some snow playing. There isnt much facility in this hotel except for a small lounge with table and chair, ice machine, vending machine. Room are standard, small, window with no view, and just enough space for open luggage and access to toilet, no complain for the price. Staff is relatively ok but limited or don't speak english. If budget is not an issue, get the hotels nearer or beside the subway during winter with heavy snow.

Great hotel just behind Nakajima koen. The rooms are a lot better than what I usually book around Susukino for the same price. Definitely wouldn't mind staying here again.

I enjoyed the stay because the room is comfortable and roomy. It's very clean and organized. The price includes breakfast so it's very valuable. Ithe breakfast is not bad. It definitely deserve more than just two stars. I felt it is like a 4 stars hotel. Highly recommended!

I didn't expect much the first time i arrived at this hotel, because even the train station staff didn't know about it and it looks very small and located a bit far from the main street. The staff is very nice and friendly, especially the woman who served at the restaurant. Room is clean and cozy, a bit small but for a solo traveler like me, it's perfect. There's tv, microwave and the pant presser, the bathroom is clean too. I totally recommend this place. If i ever going back to Hokkaido, i will stay here again

Overall is good. It is very near the Nakajima Park and the Kirin Beer Garten. If you are a shopper who want to spend time only in Susukino, you might want to find a nearer hotel, otherwise the hotel is fine. One comment is that this is the only hotel in my 13 days stay which come with free English movies!!!
